‼️Critter Country is now CLOSED as of May 1st!‼️ Critter Country is now closed as it is being reimagined for Tianas Bayou. The Una Papa Loca at Troubadour Tavern is a must get! This seasonal food offering is available during Pixar Fest and it is inspired by the film Coco. I enjoyed the tangyness of the chicken pastor and the potato was perfectly cooked through. My main critique with baked potatoes is how well the potato is cooked and this one was cooked perfectly. It was cooked thoroughly and was super soft when you mixed all the fixings together. This seasonal potato is larger than the standard loaded potato (shown on the left of the photo). The ingredients complimented so well together and there was a good amount of the fixings. This loaded potato comes with chicken al pastor, avocado salsa, cheese, and sour cream, topped with onion, cilantro, with spiced corn chips crumble.
