Centrico soft-open! This is the bar that replaced UVA at Downtown Disney. It officially opens May 2 but you may stumble upon a soft opening. Be patient because the staff is still in training! I ordered a classic margarita and asked if they could add guava syrup (seen on the menu in other drinks). It gave my margarita a pretty pink color which I wasn’t expecting but perfect for me! My meal is the Cesar salad with chicken. It came with waaaaay too much dressing and I find it annoying when you have to cut up your own lettuce 🙄 Like I’m paying $24, c’mon. Other than that it was good 😂 My friend got the lamb quesadillas and side of rice. Also got a peek inside Paseo when I went to the restroom. The kitchen is downstairs and the bar upstairs is super small. Kinda sad overall about the changes to these two locations. But also happy to have new restaurants open to help with crowds. I’m head to the east coast but seeing all the fun things happening at Pixar Fest in Disneyland is giving me a bit of FOMO!
