This photo was taken just as Augie and I finished NJ, a tribute WOD for Augie's son Nick who passed away several years ago. It's the hardest WOD I do in a year and it took over an hour to finish. As you see all the young stud and studettes finished long before we did but there was no way these two old guys were going to quit before it was done. #CrossFitMasters #CrossfitPacificCoast #FitOver50

Well, there you have it. I'm the 127th fittest guy in my age cohort in the world, at least among people who paid to register for the CrossFit Open and then qualified for and participated in the CrossFit Quarterfinals. I did five pretty intensive quarterfinal workouts since Thursday noon which tested my body mind and spirit. Slightly over 2,000 men in my age cohort registered for the Open, I finished 194 to qualify for the quarterfinals, then moved up to 127 by then end. I am very pleased and tired. #CrossFitMasters #CrossFitOpen2022 #CrossfitPacificCoast #FitOver50
