I'm realising that this life thing really is a journey. It's a marathon not a sprint. I remind myself more and more that things don't have to happen immediately. Calm down. Breathe. Appreciate the journey and everything you're learning from it. Appreciate the things God is teach you and how you're growing and evolving. I used to think there was somewhere I had to be by a certain point because I'd look around and feel like I was falling behind and I needed to catch up. But not so much anymore. Which has brought such relief and a great sense of calm. I thank God for showing me that my race is my race. It's no one else's. I need to run it yes, but also His time is His time. And when He says the time is right and when He makes it happen, that's when it'll happen.
