🌈 🎡 Bank Holiday Monday in Margate 🎡🌈 . This weekend has gone wayyyy to fast 😩 But we had a lovely day today in Margate - I was expecting it to be really busy but it wasn’t too bad - The tide was out and lots of people were braving the beach but we stuck to the Old Town for most of the morning - there are so many cute little shops there including the @oldkentmarketreal the gorgeous @themargatebookshop and @ramsayandwilliams which is a vintage shop, gallery AND ice cream parlour - we grabbed an ice cream today and it was soo creamy 🍨😍 . We also went to the @turnercontemporary art gallery for a wander around - this seasons exhibits is called ‘Beyond Form: Lines of Abstraction’ and features the work of over 50 women from across the globe including some incredible sculptures by Lynda Benglis on the ground floor which looked amazing against the backdrop of the sea 🌊 . Finally we went to @dreamlandmargate for some lunch at @radburgerco as they have a food truck inside the park - Dreamland is such an icon in Margate and it’s been brought up to date since the 90s when I remember it as a kid! They have an amazing line up of live acts for this year as it’s a concert venue now as well as amusement park and arcade - it’s free to enter so even if you don’t do any rides it a great way to spend an hour or so! 🎡 Ride tokens are reasonable though… £3 each and most rides only need one token or you can get bundle deals - it’s a great option for kids in the holidays! . 👗 My co-ord is a @Vinted find (I’ve uploaded loads to my own vinted today too link in bio 👀) Jacket is from @cardinalhumecentre charity shop Trainers are @boughtatbhf Bag is from Greece last year
