Flashback 22 years ago It’s so funny to time travel- I was kind of playing in this photo about meditating and flash forward - now I’m all for meditating. So was I having a precognition moment? Taking time to reflect on your journey is interesting. If you sit still- what part of your journey comes up? Right here I’m a young film and video graduate that negotiated myself a month in Sardinia with free diving in return for making a promotional film. I borrowed an underwater video camera from a Blue Planet Producer and off I went- literally into the sunset. It was a totally brilliant experience and we made a beautiful underwater short film. I loved the people, the light reflecting off the sea, the landscapes, the food - it was all such a positive experience and of course the Gelati was wonderful too. For me when I reflect back it was a time of such freedom, no bills, no ties, and just endless possibilities ☘️☘️☘️ So let’s send a nod to our younger selves for saying yes to all the opportunities that came our way- making us the people we are now. Love yourself for who you truly are 🌟 Be your true, authentic self always 💚💚🌟 Namaste Anna James Older yes - wiser? Hmm I think I was wise enough back then. #greatdecisions #sayingyes #scubadiver #sardinia #meditate #postdiverest #calmtime #purejoy #underwaterphotographer #devonartist #creative

How we have used our greenhouse so far: ✅️First seeds germinated in the greenhouse. They did not take as long as I thought they would to germinate without lights and with different insulation. Heat map underneath during the night and boom! ✅️I can no longer say I don't know how to soilblock! I'm still figuring out water distribution, but I soilblocked and kind of think I like it! ✅️Greenery cuttings are shaping up to look nice in here. I am shocked the hot days have not seemed to cause any problems, and I am not watering a million times either! Zero regret now on this purchase! I was super intimidated at first to switch my processes up and thought maybe I should have just stuck with the garage. As I use the greenhouse more, I am really seeing the benefits! 🌱 #Greenhousegrower #farmsunrise #flowerfarming #ourfarm #yoderbilt @yoderbilt #greenhouse #growingflowers #morningsunrise #rosemary #herbs #greenhousetips #growingtips #seedstarting #soilblocking #greenhousegardening #growingfromseed #farmlife❤️ #greenhouselife #yoderbilt #getagreenhouse #greatdecisions #usingmyspace #beautifulsunrise #greenhousegoals #greenhousemornings #countryliving #morningsoutside #wintermornings

. This time, 5 years ago, this beautiful boy and I made one of the best decisions we've ever made for our lives. We quit alcohol. This came after quitting cigarettes 15 years ago, and quitting eating animals and their products, and transitioning to vegan 6 years ago. Alcohol is pure poison, end of story. How it is the only freely legal substance available to people is beyond me. Especially when there are far better ones that do far less harm. It is one of the highest causes and contributors to several serious health problems, including cancers and heart disease. As well as being one of the leading causes of premature deaths from road injuries, physical assault and self harm. Alcohol is associated with nearly 1 in 10 deaths of people aged between 15 and (my age) 49. That is staggering! Studies show that, if everyone could even just cut their alcohol consumption in half, we could save a million lives globally. But it's not the casual wine with dinner or the 2 beers with mates after work, etc. It's the complete misuse of alcohol that is making people sick and/or killing them. I'm not saying everyone should do the same thing as we did. Quitting entirely is not always so easy for many people. But what I CAN tell you is that, since making that choice, our life has been infinitely better. Our bodies have felt infinitely better. Our health has been infinitely better. And every party, every night out, every event we've been to has been just as much fun without it. I'm just so proud of us today. 5 years of freedom from the grip that this poison once had on us both. Thank you for choosing this life with me, @mw70nine. I love you. 🩷

😇What is your commitment grounded in: Faith or Fear? Both demand a belief in the unseen. When I yield to and act upon fear, I recognize that I am severed from my authentic self, my soul. Conversely, embracing the voice of faith brings a sense of flow and simplicity. 🔥In every moment, we face a choice regarding which inner voice to listen to and follow. This decision holds significant weight if you want to make quantum leaps in your outcomes, necessitating a departure from entrenched conditioning. Have you ever come across Einstein’s insight that one cannot solve problems using the same mindset that created them? Its truth resonates deeply! 😩When I heed fear, I find myself existing from the outside in, subject to uncontrollable forces, disempowered and burdened by stress. 🥰On the other hand, embracing faith propels me into powerful action, allowing me to live from the inside out. I regain control over my state of being and consistently make great decisions. Letting go of deeply ingrained conditioning is a practiced art, as we often mistake that internal voice for truth, when it consistently deceives us, keeping us stuck in our current state. As a guide for female business owners, I empower them to reclaim their strength and transform that inner voice into one that empowers, clarifies, and aligns with their desires and deserving aspirations. This profound psychological shift can occur in an instant.⚡️⚡️ Reflect on your past year and consider which voice guided you—was it the voice of faith or fear? Share your thoughts below.👇🏻
