As part of our embodiment journey, we bring Spirit into the body and become present inside our physical house/vehicle. Our Spirit/Soul/Higher Conscious Self moves into the body and begins to inhabit it. Being IN ALL OF THE BODY, not just the head (which is where most of us like to exist), is crucial. I have found that emotions are the key to this. Emotions are the waters of our being. Waters that move through us. They want to move. What happens when water gets stuck and stays stagnant? The same happens with emotions. They fester. The invitation is to feel the emotion fully, rushing through you, tending to it when it’s stuck, giving it space, and giving yourself grace while doing it but being careful not to become it. We, humans, like to create labels and identify with things. In the case of emotions, especially ones we can classify as negative/destructive, the emotion can generate so much force within us that it takes over us. Our higher consciousness exits the building. You know this when you FEEL the energy within your body; you feel shaky and fuming. How do you act when you are rage? How do you act when shame overtakes you? What do you say when unworthiness/self-doubt becomes the force that is you? Allow it to move through you, dissolve, and watch your Divine blueprint activate love and grace within you and become that instead. Everything is energy. We are energy beings. Notice everyone’s energy around you. Notice their intentions underneath their words. Become a curious energy detective. Stay conscious - awake and aware to the energy within and without!!!!

Hello everyone! I hope y'all are doing well. It's personally been a bit of a rollercoaster for me. The Scorpio full moon we had 2 weeks ago sent me into a bit of a whirlwind which I'm finally rebalancing from. But even coming back into the body requires integration time. Because of that, I've needed to be flexible with my schedule. I may say to myself, "Ok I'm gonna work on this project today", but if my energy isn't right, I'll need to put it off and wait until I'm feeling more balanced energetically. This is a good lesson for me since I'm usually a stickler for being "on schedule." But energy flows, and the more you come into the depths of your body and connect to your multifaceted, multidimensional nature, you'll need to go with that flow...and sometimes strict schedules just don't work. But besides that, look at this portrait I did the other day. Let me just start by saying that I'm honestly really excited that I was able to paint a crystal that actually looks like a crystal lol. But also, this portrait just confirms that it's important to be open to what can come through during a soul portrait. This portrait was more about the soul sharing what would be most helpful to the client at this point in their journey. Finally, I will be increasing the prices of my portraits soon. Do you catch yourself reverting to controller tendencies? In whatever way this may manifest in your life, diet, schedules, controlling others’ behavior, and keeping something strict and disciplined to the point of obsession. Life is constantly trying to bring us into balance, an equilibrium, whatever that means. If we stress too much, we may get sick. If we go too fast, we ding our car. If we eat too fast, we choke. If we control someone, they will push back and reject us. Every tight band will eventually snap if stretched too tight. Whichever way you look at controlling tendencies, the underlying belief is mistrust of Life. There is something in us that says, “I do not trust life fully. I do not believe everything will work out if I don’t interject.” And with that comes us controlling the outcome and setting expectations. The Universe is trying to correct us. Connect to your body. Notice the tightness when you are rushing. Notice the tightness when speaking with domineering or budding in uninvited energy. Notice the sensations. Connect to the flow of life/prana/intelligence within you. All energy wants to flow. For feminine energy to flow, it wants to be softer and less controlling of direction/speed/volume. This doesn’t mean we stop trying to get to places on time or judging what we eat. It means we develop a greater self-awareness of when we are not cruising but pushing. Cruising and enjoying the view and every sensation can be our default. And if the shoe drops, we evaluate with clear lenses, stay grounded, connect to our inner intuition, resourcefulness, and creativity, and work through it. Today is THE day. Did you know that horses have an electromagnetic field (EMF) through their heart rhythms that is WAY bigger than a human?? So much so that horses are known to be great therapists with individuals who are disregulated, such as folks with PSTD and autism. How to overcome self-hate ⬇️ We start by becoming aware of our energy patterns, and knowing that when we feel low we’re more prone to fall into self-hate. Then, we become aware of how self-hate shows up for us. And we notice it. And we celebrate when we notice because noticing is the key to breaking the pattern. The Ancient Egyptians understood the power of seeding their temple sites with the power of intention and sacred geometry inherent in the temple architecture and materials used. Even though at some sites, like the barge near the original Philae temple of Isis site, only a few ancient remnants remain, the land on which those remnants remain is imbued with such a powerful energetic frequency. Not all will be drawn to those sites nor experience it as energetically powerful. Here's a soul portrait I finished yesterday! This beautiful soul has strong Sirian and Egyptian connections. Let me tell you...this portrait took a lot of trust in the process. Upon first putting the dolphin on the canvas, it looked like a lima bean lol. But from what I've been learning with painting, it's really important to remember that the beginning of the process is completely different from the end. It will always look a bit weird at first.... because it's not done yet...duh! Lol. This is especially true when using acrylic. You basically have to build your painting, adding several layers of paint until you get the look you're going for. I did a good job staying calm though lol. I didn't freak out. I just chilled and said, "You know what? We'll work it out." And I did. I want you all to understand how much goes into these paintings I create. It takes a lot of time to create, but also takes time for me to fully come back into my body and center afterwards. There's essentially a recovery period. But I love to paint. I enjoy it and I love being able to put your lovely energies on canvas. Keep your eyes peeled. Soon I will be raising the prices of these soul portraits...and for a very good reason. I am certain that most people on a spiritual path of this intensity can relate to the nature that Spirit offers messaging, gifts and undeniable miracles. Sometimes the pieces are so strewn about that it’s hard to decipher them clearly until you gather all the pieces to work with, flip them over and start to see them come into form. This takes patience, fluidity, humility and grace on behalf of yourself and (hopefully) the people that love you. Last spring I embarked upon healing the Divine Feminine wound in myself and others right before traveling to Maui to connect to Lemurian energies and anchor light into the womb space of myself and the planet. In September I traveled to Shasta to discover the keys to healing the Divine Masculine are held there…humbled to witness and receive balanced masculine energies had me periodically weeping to see what was intended in the creation of life on this earth. What it could be... My path has been (like all alchemists) to heal the masculine and feminine within, in order to heal it outside of the self. Light workers are posed with a weighted task right now. To move into their quantum potential, shaking free of the old programs of limitation and walking the path in full faith. I have taken the bravest steps I’ve been asked to take in the last month. This is the stargate of Arcturians, a lot of us have some Arcturian resonance, but these ones would be very Arcturian. On Earth this stargates are on Laka Titicaca and Paxi, Greece. Of course, Lake Titicaca is a very powerful place spiritually (on Peru and Bolivia), then you have Paxi which is full of underwater caves with portals there. Arcturians are also very connected to Italy, they are healers, work with light language and movement. I’ve been consciously working as a #gridworker for nearly a year, but the truth is- I have always been gridding. It’s very possible you have been too. 😱 So what does that mean? This is a soul portrait I completed recently. This client had a beautiful soul landscape of blue and purple colors. Their energy was magical, as represented by the unicorn but also displayed a strong attunement to akashic information...hence the arch. They also had memories of ancient lands and civilizations yet to be discovered. The sigils above the unicorn's head represent the soul code of the client. I gotta say that I did have some slight challenges making this one, primarily because of my own perfectionism which I'm working to balance with being in the flow. I'm still learning when to just roll with it and when it's time to take out the ruler to measure things so they're even. I really like how the unicorn came out by the way.😊 If there's anything I've learned about creating art, it's that it won't look how it's supposed to look when you begin. Just sharing some thoughts from my walk today. I wanted to sit by my favorite tree at the park but it was closed so I decided to walk around a bit. I proceeded to reflect on the feelings, sensations and events of the past few days, including the death of my beloved guinea pig Jeffrey. What's interesting about navigating through the world after a heartbreaking loss is how different everything feels. The energy of the world feels amplified, and I personally feel more light in everything. Watching the flowers blooming and swaying in the breeze is enough to bring me to tears at this point. Why? Because it reminds me that I've lost someone I love and that I must embrace the beauty of nature, of life without them. This is a painful realization. I believe our grief connects us to the other side, because essentially, grief is an expression of love. And it is love that helps us pierce the veil because love is what connects us even when the physical body is gone. Love is eternal. Rest in peace Jeffrey ❤️🌹

STAR GUIDE- J: This painting was an interesting venture as I was instructed to tap into an energy my client was already perceiving as a guiding force in their life. When I tapped in, I felt guided to paint them this way. It would seem that this guiding force is a higher dimensional version of the client guiding them in this lifetime. For now, we'll call him "J." J is an interesting being with connections to several star systems including but probably not limited to Alpha Centauri, the Pleiades and Arcturus. In his Pleiadian connections, he learned the importance of cooperation, forming positive alliances and friendships. Right now, he is working in the Arcturian system, learning about interdimensional dynamics and interactions. This one is a bit hard to describe but it looks like tons of triangles moving and intersecting. Finally, I sensed J working with energy of Metatron to foster a more clear connection to the "All That Is" via this template so he can be a more clear vessel for Source energy. All of this is important for his own evolutionary cycles. With that being said, I'm making some other little adjustments to my website.
