First visit here sometime ago. Quite impressed by the selection. Good recommendation. I decided on the Nasi Kerabu with Gulai Daging. The nasi kerabu is not blue. I need it to be blue. The taste was good though. Not too spicy. Milder taste but still flavourful. With the salted egg and tender beef gulai, i was a happy fatty. Nasi kerabu is one of the few ways to get me to eat my veggies. The other is rojak. The best. Friend had the nasi lemak with ikan. She said it was good. Ill trust. Didnt try. Not a fan of fish with nasi lemak. It just doesnt work for me. Anyhow its worth the visit here. They even have a decent selection of kuih muih. I will come back here for sure. Back here again. This time for the nasi lemak. Also heard that the mutton curry/gulai is good. Had to try that. Nasi lemak sambal was good. Everything else just fell into place. Condiments on point. Rice fragrant. Enjoyed the nasi lemak on its own. With the added mutton curry this was even better. Tender slow cooked mutton. Who can ask for more? Honestly, paired with a relaxing ambience i cant fault the place. Took a picture of the fried egg. Not my order. Fascinated they had 2 egg yolks. Did it come like that or did they serve 2 fried eggs? Sadly chicken was dry, overcooked, perhaps reheated one too many times. Stringy and was breaking apart. Not in a good way. The proof is in the bone. I mean the pudding. We didnt have any pudding.
