I love when the triggered people come out and start saying we should eat like gorilla's and elephants. 🤡 Of all the primates, great apes have the smallest 🧠 and largest gut in relation to their body size. For humans, it’s the opposite. And our digestive track is closer to a dogs. So why would we model our diet after gorillas? As we evolved, and shifted towards nutrient & calorie dense animal foods, this allowed our guts to shrink and our brains to grow. PRE DIABETES COULD NOT WIN OVER MY WILL! Aritra had always maintained good health and fitness being into regular gymming and sports during his college and even during the start of his work life. Had an appointment with clinical pharmacist. They wanted me on statins. No statins though as they can falsely lower your TSH levels and make it look like your thyroid is functioning when it isnt, so i have 6 months to lower my cholesterol. Need to speak to doctor on the 13th about my thyroid as the t4 levels are low and the tsh high so definitely an underactive thyroid so need to sort hormones for it. Dziś zrobiłam badania i np. witamina D wzrosła i jest już w granicach normy. Wciąż wysoki mam cholesterol, który jednak przy Hashimoto jest zawsze podwyższony. Jednak żaden lekarz nie zapytał o inne schorzenia/choroby oprócz wysokiego cholesterolu. Muszę szukać sama. Zaczęłam od rzucenia palenia w ubiegłym roku.
