#جهان_نما #قداست_مادری قطعا آن چه دغدغه ما و برنامه قداست مادری‌ست تنها بحث جمعیت کشورها نیست بلکه تربیت نیروی انسانی صحیح برای کشورهاست و این نکته ارزشمند است که فرزندان و آینده‌سازان در چه بستری تربیت می‌شوند و هر دو اعتقاد داریم نسل آینده کشورهایمان باید در بستر خانواده فطری رشد کنند. هرچه خانواده توانمندتر و سالم‌تر باشد، نسل آینده که در جوامع مستقر خواهند شد موفق‌تر و پویاتر هستند و آینده کشورها و جهان در این صورت می‌تواند تضمین شود. ایران هم مانند بسیاری کشورهای دیگر و تا حدی شبیه روسیه با این مسئله روبروست که پویایی جمعیت در خطر است و طبق راهنمایی‌های رهبر عالیقدر ایران از جنس سیاست‌های اجرایی و قانونگذاری برای ساختارهای دولتی و غیردولتی، توجه به حل این مساله در اولویت قرار گرفته است. در سال‌های اخیر، چند سند ملی در حوزه جمعیت و خانواده در ایران تدوین شده و به بخش‌های ذیربط ابلاغ و سیاست‌ها را قدری متفاوت کرده است. فعالیت‌ها دراین حوزه در چند سطح می‌بایست تعریف شوند و در چند حیطه نیاز هست که با یکدیگر همکاری کنیم؛ سطح اول «مفهوم خانواده» است یعنی ما نیاز داریم در دنیا جنبشی را رقم بزنیم که همه افراد در این جنبش بر مفهوم واحد از خانواده اتفاق نظر داشته باشند. مجموعه ما به دنبال اتحادی‌ست که از خانواده و ساختار فطری آن حمایت می‌کند. سطح مهم بعدی که برای ما مطرح است «مفهوم مادری»ست که به عنوان یک نقش جنسیتی تعریف می‌شود. ما بر این اعتقاد هستیم که چنانچه یک مفهوم واحد تبیین شود و حول آن، فعالیت‌هایی را مانند توانمندسازی و سلامت مادران تعریف کنیم و اگر بر سر یک مفهوم مشترک به اجماع برسیم، برنامه‌ریزی فعالیت‌های آینده دو طرفه را در آن راستا پیش خواهیم برد. پ.ن: بخشی از سخنان بنده در دیدار با بنیاد آندری پروازوانی با ولادیمیر بوشایف وملاقات با خانم آنا ساپرانووا؛ مدیر بخش برنامه قداست مادری. #for_sake_of_family #sanctity_of_motherhood #family #LGBTQs

(Context warning; mention of trauma below) For a moment, imagine you have a very complex relationship with your mother, and the idea of being called a mother creates disassociation in your body. This creates an odd feeling within your body when you are with your baby and someone calls you "mama" For a second, imagine you have a family member you love so dearly, and they tell you they are pregnant, as a surrogate. And while they're thankful they can do this, they get a sense of annoyance when ppl call them mommy because this baby's mommy is a woman who has been trying for 10 years with many loss'. Now stay with me ... What if the only way to complete a perfect family is for the transfather to stop their gender-affirming medication and carry their perfect ten fingers and ten-toe baby to term? Picture, a person who decides to keep the baby they are pregnant with but do not identify as a mother or woman. They are a parent. Or the worst, imagine a woman is g(ra)ped by another person, and has decided that they are not keeping the baby... And none change the fact that I identify as a woman, mother, mom, and mama to my two perfect babies. * woman and *mother vs. every other situation and conversation says more about *you than anyone who feels peace and validation when the English language is used in its proper form. I will ALWAYS respect how a person self-identifies. None of these changes the work people are doing to break generational trauma. Trauma-informed language saves lives. That is why on this platform, you will see me use Mother when talking about a client or person who SID as a mother or woman. But, as for posts around people who were pregnant and a person who delivers a baby, I will always choose respect, peace, and kindness.

Soziale Gerechtigkeit braucht Dich. Unter diesem Motto fand letzten Samstag in Schleswig die Ortsvereinskonferenz der AWO in Schleswig-Holstein statt. Aus allen Teilen des Landes sind AWO-Vertreter*innen zusammen gekommen, um sich darüber auszutauschen, wie zukünftig neue Mitglieder für ehrenamtliches Engagement gewonnen und bereits aktive Mitglieder bei ihrer Arbeit besser unterstützt werden können. Dazu hat der AWO-Landesverband ein umfangreiches Programm, bestehend aus Vorträgen, Workshops und Austauschformaten zum Thema Mitgliedergewinnung und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zusammengestellt. Gleichzeitig wurde Samstag im Rahmen der Ortsvereinskonferenz auch die neue Mitgliederwerbekampagne für 2023 — „Soziale Gerechtigkeit braucht Dich - Sag Ja. #SagAWO“ — offiziell vorgestellt. Sie unterstützt die vielen engagierten AWO-Held*innen in Schleswig-Holstein in den kommenden Monaten dabei, auf ihre Arbeit aufmerksam zu machen, neue Mitglieder zu gewinnen und so die vielfältigen AWO-Angebote und -projekte nachhaltig zu sichern. �Denn wer sich engagiert, weiß, ... ... soziale Gerechtigkeit braucht jede Stimme.
