Long weekend. I took our Good Friday holiday to do the long overdue oil cooler repair on our van. I also ended up changing the plugs, water pump and thermostat while I was at it. Got it all back together and it knocked like it slung a rod, I pulled it all back down, vacuumed it out blew it out, bore scoped it, couldn’t find anything, turned it over by hand feeling for anything crunchy, nothing. I started putting it back together again and thought I would try to crank it, it then sounded like it had the dreaded rocker arm failure. Went for a stethoscope and come back, started it up and no knock or tick. Not sure what it was but I’ll take it. That's it! It's very easy to make and takes around 20 minutes to cook after preparing all the vegetables. They are nice and look fantastic and a healthy dish too, it will satisfy your cravings❤️ Ingredients 1 can CDO Luncheon Meat, Chinese Style, cut into 6 circle pcs. 2 medium eggplant, cut in oval size 2 medium tomatoes, slice in small pcs. 1 tablespoon soy sauce Bunch of pechay 2 cloves garlic minced 1 onion 2 tablespoons peanut butter 2 tablespoons cooking oil 1 sachet of kare kare mix Shrimp paste 3 cups of water Procedure 1.Fry the CDO luncheon meat first and the eggplant, then set aside 2. Heat oil in a sauce pan, saute onion, garlic and tomatoes 3. Add on the water and the soy sauce, and the Kare-Kare mix stir and simmer for about 3 minutes 4. Add in string beans, and put on peanut butter, mix until it dissolved. 5.Add pechay last and simmer for a minute 6. Finished replacing the rotors on the mommy van. All these people buying base model Mustangs and Ricers, when these vans are hidden gems of pure performance son! I tell ya what! Bigger rotors than a non PP Mustang, this baby is Autocross ready. Time tested for performance and durability by soccer moms all over. Snappin necks and breaking egos, she’ll put the gap on ya racing from a dig. She got the gapsauce! Not much on roll racing, but my wife cuts a mean light, and can hit her marks into the chicane at the local Starbucks. Yesterday’s project was a Volkswagen minivan. We helped our friend @stonewoodconstruction give his wife a Valentines gift in the form of a complete detail. We successfully removed all of the gummy bears and goldfish crackers that their two adorable son’s had decorated the interior with.
