20 years ago I got a kitten and named her Mushka. • She was like a puppy 🐶 she always carried my juggling balls in her mouth 😂. • She later became a giant staple in my @Youtube career where everything was MOOSH. Moosh Army, Mooshers, Moosh Mommy, Moosh face and of course mooshed potatoes and I Moosh You, are a few phrases we altered to make it all Moosh! • Moosh era led to starting my first company which of course had to be @MooshWalks the universe of characters to empower young girls across the world. • I gave Mushka character a superpower which is #Resilience because she was the only can I’ve known who loved taking baths 🛀🏻. - We all need some resilience as we are living through these Historic times. When the world is standing still... RUN!!! Moment of vulnerability. When the pandemic hit it affected my brand @Mooshwalks a BIG TIME! Every store that sold my product closed, @amazon put a hold on all businesses that are not essential, including mine for 2 months and in all seriousness, not many people who were losing their jobs and financial security were in a place to buy cute socks. This hardship however, was the best thing that happened to me so far. I finished writing my first draft of #MooshWalks book, ironically called: Fail Forward, since I couldn’t publish it I turned it into a coloring book. I then whipped out a virtual vertical in my company and teamed up with numerous @GirlsScouts Troops to test this program. The program involves Moosh Walks storytelling, physical activity but most importantly giving young girls hope to never ending possibilities even though we are all going through the pandemic. So if you are struggling, don’t put your focus on the struggle but try your hardest to look at all the hidden opportunities that are waiting for you to discover them and RUN because this is the only time in our lifetime we are able to be standing still. 📸 @katrinleopako

My resilient Mushka 2000-2020 🐈. I said goodbye to my baby girl yesterday after 20 years together. I discovered her at a shelter among many meowing kittens as she quietly looked at me with her kind big eyes. During my juggling 🤹🏻♀️ career she would always put my juggling balls in her mouth and carry them to the second floor of my condo while meowing at the top of her lungs as a reminder that I should go and juggle, then she would sit and look up at the juggling patterns. During my @youtube she became a staple in our community as #Moosh became our secret word which replaced every emotion and word in the alphabet. We will Moosh you so much Mushka. The Moosh Army was so strong which resulted in my first company to be nothing else BUT Moosh-something as @mooshwalks was born. She is forever captured inside the #MooshWalks Universe as a character with her superpower: RESILIENCE. She had a kidney failure and now she is at peace 🙏🏼. Moosh you forever kid! Thank you for sharing so many years with us. ❤️

I remember this day like yesterday. @MooshWalks finally arrived for the first time at my house and I spent all night packing and adding stickers on, I think I stayed in my pajamas for 3 days. I came up with this business idea during my lowest time, I was burned out on @Youtube, I felt like I had zero creativity left after producing 23 videos a week, for two years...I felt that I wasn’t doing anything of value anymore. I stepped back, I read a lot, I went to bed telling my brain that I want to wake up with an idea... 2 weeks later the idea for #MooshWalks was born. My vision was to give every young girl the ability to stand out. Since, we had to climb Rocky Mountains, plummet face down into a cement, get up and then leap off mountains, and this is just the beginning of what Mooshwalks will become in the next 5-10 years. Thank you for supporting my journey everyone. I haven’t slept in years 😂
I used to talk about the vision for my company and often would get a response like: “Oh that’s cute.” Or “Very fun looking pitch deck” those comments are most frustrating when they come from male investors. So I’ve decided to talk about my company from the end goal In mind to what it is today so far and the comments are finally shifting to: “ Wow, my daughter needs this”. I remember my first time saying: “I am the Founder of @MooshWalks and we build future female billionaires” and feeling like I will s*hit my pants. To my surprise, this statement about my company turned every conversation into a beautiful ping pong match filled with questions and challenges which I was so excited to dissect on the spot. I learned 2 things. 1. When sharing your vision and if no one thinks you are crazy... your vision is irrelevant. 2. There are only 1% of people who are visionary the other 20% like to jump on board when it’s most cool and profitable and the rest will project their own insecurity on to you because they don’t believe THEY could execute this type of vision. Your job as an entrepreneur is to listen, digest and be the best enzyme for yourself and take only the information that serves you to get to the next stepping stone. 👋🏼 Don’t stop the #Hustle game! 💋
