Spring/Summer dresses moved to the front, and sweaters are now in the back. This past Saturday it hit 80 here, and oh boy were we loving it!! We started setting up our garden, and we are so excited. My husband has also been looking into building a chicken coop. 🤞🏻 Hopefully we can get some chickens soon. If you have been following for a while, you know we used to live San Diego, which was 6 years ago. We also used to own chickens! Honestly, I lost count on how many we had. My husband always came home with a new chick. 🤣 Unfortunately, we had to get rid of them because my husband had new orders from the military. The upside, they were given to a chicken rescue. ♥️🐓

How are you feeling today? I woke up feeling rested and relieved. My 85 year old father tripped and fell rolling the garage can to the end of the driveway on Friday and fractured his right hip. He had surgery yesterday and they were able to put a rod in to fix the fracture and he came through surgery really well. What an answer to prayer. It got me thinking though. Do we only praise God for something after he has given it, or do we praise him ahead of time in faith, knowing he’ll always be good no matter what happens. God is good all the time, but we should look at the difficult times in life as miracles waiting to happen. I don’t know about you but I’m feeling grateful today. Hope you are feeling the same sweet friends.
