Endlich habe ich es geschafft eine weitere Sorte @maelzerandfu und zu testen. Chocolate Deluxe ist ein reines Schokoladeneis mit Chocolate Chips. Leider war ich zu ungeduldig für ein Foto. Die Chocolate Chips ist aber diese Raspelschokolade. Also diese ganz feinen Blättchen. Und davon einfach ganz viel on top. An sich ein sehr schokoladiges Eis und im ersten Moment auch echt lecker. Aber ich esse so einen Pint ja immer ganz und hier hat man bereits ab der Hälfte einen mega fettigen Film im Mund, das war leider echt unangenehm und habe ich so bei Eis noch nie erlebt. Ben and Jerry‘s Shortie Strawberry Cheesecake 🍓🍰 ~Erdbeerkäsekuchen-Eiscreme mit Erdbeerstücken, durchzogen von einem Keksstrudel~ 📌4X100ml/ 400ml /288g 📌4,95€ im Angebot bei Penny 📌Rewe, Penny, Edeka, Kaufland, Netto Wie lange ich diese Sorte nicht mehr hatte. Gibt es in Groß ja auch nicht mehr. Die 4er Packung Shorties haben mich im Penny so angelacht, da musste ich sie einfach im Angebot mitnehmen. Strawberry Cheesecake war mir auch gar nicht mehr so präsent. Somit ein Oldie hier als Review. 🍦Konsistenz Dichte und cremige Eiscreme mit einer Art Erdbeer-Fruchtzubereitung. Die ist auch eher fest/wässrig. Richtige Stücke sind es nicht. Der Keksstrudel ist sehr präsent. Man hat durchgehend zuckrige-krümelige und auch eher festere Keksstücke im Mund. 🍦Geschmack Sehr sahnig und süß. Eine leicht künstliche Erdbeernote zieht sich, auch durch die Erdbeerfrucht-Zubereitung, durchs Eis. Richtig Käsekuchen ist es für mich aber nicht. Dafür fehlt eine leichte Säure und Frischkäse-Taste. Die Kekskrümel sind lecker ! Leicht buttrig und sehr süß und zuckrig. Ein bisschen wie Shortbread-Cookies. 🍦Komposition/Fazit Hatte die Sorte tatsächlich besser in Erinnerung. Obwohl ich aber auch sicher bin, dass diese im großen Becher besser zur Geltung kommt. Irgendwie ist die Sorte getroffen und irgendwie auch nicht. Der Cheesecake fehlt mir ein bisschen in der Eis-Basis und mir auch etwas zu süß-künstlich. Auch wenn der Keksstrudel lecker ist. Im Allgemeinen doch etwas langweilig! Weiße Schokolade oder ein Frischkäse-Swirl oder richtige Kuchenstücke hätte ich noch super gefunden. Rewe Beste Wahl Cinnamon Roll 🍦🥮 ~Eiscreme mit Zimt und Keksgeschmack mit Sauce mit Zimtgeschmack und Mürbegebäckstücken~ 📌400gr/500ml 📌2,99€ 📌 @rewe Da haut Rewe einfach mal das Dupe zum Klassiker von Ben and Jerrys raus. Ich war extrem überrascht und sehr erfreut☺️! 🍦Konsistenz Sehr dicht-cremig und vollmundig sahnig. Nichts da mit viel Luft! Unfassbar, wirklich unfassbar viele Mürbegebäck-Stückchen. Gefühlt, besteht das Eis überwiegend nur aus den Mix Ins. Diese sind wirklich Mürbegebäck und gehen in eine Keksrichtung. Wirklich eher wie sehr weiche (aufgeweichte) Kekse. Leider kein Cinnamon Bun Cookie Dough, was ich ehrlicher Weise gehofft hatte! Die Sauce ist eher spärlich vorhanden. Zieht sich aber genau wie bei einer Zimtschnecke kreisförmig durch das Eis, was schön anzusehen ist. 🍦Geschmack Das ist wirklich Zimschnecke in your Face. Also wer kein Zimt, buttrigen Teig und es nicht so süß mag, ist hier falsch. Es ist wirklich sehr sehr süß- sahnig und zimtig. Erinnert an das süße Sahne Eis von Ben and Jerrys mit ordentlich, ordentlich Zimt und einer leichten Zimtwürze. Etwas künstlich wird es leider auch im Nachgang. Dazu die buttrigen, ebenfalls süß-zimtigen Mürbegebäckstücke und die süße Zimtsauce(wenn man davon was erwischt), ergeben wie gesagt eine sehr süße zimtig-buttrige Angelegenheit. Brauner Zucker und auch ein leichter Karamell-Touch kommen durch. 🍦Komposition/ Fazit Ich liebe Zimt und Zimtschnecken ! Dieses hier hat durchaus was! Und ist auch lecker! Nur wirklich sehr sehr süß. Toll sind die vielen Mix Ins, was das Eis aber auch recht buttrig-fettig macht. Man hat trotzdem wirklich das Gefühl von: „ich beiße in eine dicke Zimt-Zucker Schnecke“. Die Sorte ist also gut umgesetzt! Mir tatsächlich aber einen Ticken zu süß! Und tooo much!Nichts für jeden Tag! Cookie Dough statt der Kekse hätte ich auch passender gefunden! Ich mag es! Cremissimo Mango-Maracuja-Joghurt 🥭🍦 -Eis mir Joghurt mit Mango-Maracuja-Sorbet und Maracuja-Sauce- 📌825ml/466gr 📌3,99€ 📌Rewe 🍦Konsistenz Das Eis taut sehr schnell an. Der Mango-Maracuja Part ist nicht wirklich so wie man sich Sorbet vorstellt, sondern schon eher milchiger. Wird aber schnell wässrig und schmilzt schneller als das Joghurt-Eis. Die im Eis verstrudelt Sauce ist keine wirkliche Sauce, sondern von der Konsistenz wie das Mango-Eis. Generell typisch Cremissimo luftig und wird „moussig“ 🍦Geschmack Schmeckt im Gesamten für mich fast 1:1 wie Solero Eis. Nur hat Solero etwas mehr Säure und Wumms. Ansonsten fast identisch. Aber nach Joghurt schmeckt es überhaupt nicht. Eher wie ein Milch-Vanille Eis. Mango ist da und schmeckt auch gut. Aber so richtig Maracuja-Säure kommt wenn nur minimal zum Vorschein. Eigentlich schmeckt es nur nach Vanille und Mango. Die Sauce schmeckt man überhaupt nicht. Dafür ist auch zu wenig drinnen. 🍦Komposition/ Fazit Wohlgemerkt meine persönliche Meinung. Hier habe ich wieder gemerkt, wieso ich kein Cremissimo Fan bin. Das Eis ist extrem moussig-luftig. Es ist schade, dass der Mango-Part so viel schneller wegschmilzt als die Vanille-Milchbasis. Es ist schon lecker das will ich gar nicht sagen. Nur eben schmeckt es nicht nach dem was es sein soll. Also nach Joghurt überhaupt nicht. Und ich hatte mich auf eine Art Frozen Joghurt gefreut! Die Sauce on Top ist keine Sauce, sondern komplett fest und eher eisig. Die Browniestücke sind durchgebacken aber soft-weich. So wie Biskuitboden. 🍦Geschmack Das Schokoladeneis schmeckt mir sehr gut! Es ist eine gute Mischung aus Vollmilch aber auch herber Schokolade. Auch das Aprikoseneis ist ganz lecker. Es schmeckt schon fruchtig-süß aber auch leicht Aprikosensäuerlich. Es ist aber auch etwas künstlich. Die Schokoladensauce merkt man ehrlich gesagt kaum. Die geht komplett unter. Die Browniestücke schmecken lecker wie Schoko-Biskuit / Sandkuchen. 🍦Komposition/ Fazit Ich bin bekanntlich kein Cremissimo-Fan, da ich dichteres Eis bevorzuge und nicht so gerne dieses „Mousseartige“ mag. Das Eis ist aber durchaus lecker! Das herbe Schokoladeneis hat mir besonders gut gefallen! Ich finde es hat aber absolut nichts mit Sachertorte zu tun. Ich denke die Brownie-Stücke sollen die Sacher-Kuchenböden darstellen und das Aprikoseneis die Marmelade zwischen den Böden. Da wäre eine Aprikosenmarmelade/ -Sauce für mich passender gewesen. Auch ist es im Gesamtpaket etwas langweilig. Eine säuerliche Aprikosensauce wie gesagt, oder auch Zartbitter-Schokoraspeln im Eis, würden es nochmal aufpeppen. Oder eben mehr Kuchenstücke. So ist es eher Basic und etwas langweilig. Auch wenn die einzelnen Komponenten schmecken. Habt ihr es probiert ? Heute haben wir eine weitere Sorte @maelzerandfu - diesmal pistachio white choc. Ich liiiiiiebe Pistazieneis, leider ist dieses aber meist sehr künstlich. Vorweg, das ist dieses hier nicht 😍 liegt vermutlich an den 8,6% Pistazienmus die enthalten sind. White choc gibt's durch 1,9% weiße Schoko Stückchen. Die Cremigkeit war hier nicht zu 100% wie bei der anderen Sorte, ich glaube aber auch dass der Becher schon einmal etwas angetaut war. Dafür war er aber randvoll 😍😍😍 Insgesamt mega lecker, die weiße Schokolade fand ich persönlich aber eher überflüssig. Es handelt sich un diese Raspelschokolade, die finde ich immer etwas blöd zu essen im Eis. Ich glaube ne Art an Kuchenstücke oder dicke Schokolade oder ein cremiger Schokoladenswirl hätte ich besser gefunden. Ben and Jerry‘s Sundae Marshmallow & Swirl‘s 🍬🍦🍫 ~Schokoladeneiscreme mit Schokoladen-Keksteig-Stücken, durchzogen von Marshmallowsauce und einem Soft aufgeschlagenem Eiscreme-Topping, dekoriert mit Karamellsauce und knisternden kakaohaltigen Fettglasurstücken~ 📌427ml/316gr 📌6,99€ 📌Rewe 🍦Konsistenz Dicke und knisternd-knackige Fettglasurstücke auf einem sehr soften fast Mousseartigem Topping. Die Karamellsauce ist rüberschaubar wenig und eher flüssig. Das Schokoladeneis ist super dicht und cremig! Es schmilzt sehr langsam. Die Marshmallowsauce ist wie eine Art „Fluff“ also keine wirkliche Sauce. Ein wie über Feuer geschmolzener Marshmallow eben. Der Cookiedough ist schön fudgy und zuckrig! Wie eine Mischung aus Keksteig und Brownie ! Genial! 🍦Geschmack Geschmacklich finde ich es auch wirklich überzeugen! Die Schokolade on Top ist wirklich leicht „bizzelig“ wie Brause, dazu aber gut schokoladig! Definitiv mal ne coole Kombi! Das Eis-Topping schmeckt für mich auch wie eine Marshmallow-Creme. Recht süß sind nach Sahne-Karamell. Die Sauce hingegen schmeckt man kaum. Dafür ist auch einfach zu wenig vorhanden Auch die Marshmallowsauce im Eis war bei mir recht wenig und relativ unintensiv. Eher nur süß-sahnig. Ein leichter Marshmallow-Geschmack ist aber vorhanden. Das Schokoladeneis hingegen ist super! Schön intensiv, sahnig-milchig und kakaoig. Der Schokoladenkeksteig ist für mich das Beste am Eis! Der schmeckt wie ein Brownie nur halb Keksteig/ halb gebacken, Ist schön zuckrig aber trotzdem eben wie Schokokuchenteig! 🍦Fazit/Komposition Auch wenn ich kein Sundae Fan bin, und für mich hier das Topping auch hätte weggelassen werden können. Ist die Sorte gut getroffen und als Gesamtpaket für mich überzeugend ! Endlich mal ein bisschen was anderes! Die Idee mit dem Marshmallow-Fluff und den bizzeldenen Schokoladen-Stücken finde ich super! Und wie gesagt, der Schoko-Cookiedough ist herausragend! Die Sauce leicht flüssig. Das Eis-Topping ist anders als bei den nicht Veganen. Es ist fester und schmilzt nicht so schnell. Das Eis an sich bleibt auch eher fest. Wird nicht wirklich cremig sondern dann eher wässrig. Die Kekse sind verschieden groß. Sie sind mürbe und leicht bissfest. 🍦Geschmack Die Schokoladenstücke habe ich definitiv nicht so gut in Erinnerung! Herb und sogar richtig gut salzig! Das Eis-Topping ist sehr süß und schmeckt wie Karamellpudding. Die Karamell-Marshmallow Sauce unterstreicht den Karamell-Pudding Charakter nochmal! Die Sauce an sich schmeckt nach Toffee. Marshmallow kann man eher nur erahnen. Auf jeden Fall einfach sehr süß. Die Eisbasis an sich hat für mich außer einer extremen Hafer-Süße und etwas Karamell wenig Geschmack. Ich finde man schmeckt das es vegan ist. Es schmeckt schon pflanzlich irgendwie. Die Kekse find ich gut gelungen! Sie schmecken kernig nach Hafer. Ein bisschen wie die bekannten Hobbit Kekse nur mit mehr Zimt und Würze. Sauce in der Eisbasis selber finden man nicht. Marshmallows ebenfalls nicht. Irgendwie fehlt Geschmack. Auch wenn viele Kekse vorhanden sind, hätte dem Eis mehr Sauce gut getan. 📌Komposition/Fazit Leider hat mich dieses Ben and Jerry‘ s mal wieder eher enttäuscht. Bin im Allgemeinen nicht so der Sundae Fan. Auch wenn ich hier das Topping fast besser finde als das Eis selber. Die Sauce ist lecker und gibt Karamellpudding-Charakter. Die Kekse finde ich auch echt lecker. Aber an sich ist es einfach langweilig und es fehlt Wumms. Es ist wirklich sehr sehr süß, und für meinen Geschmack ist die Basis außer dem starken Hafer/Pflanzengeschmack zu neutral… Auch fehlt der Marshmallow. Für den bodenlos teuren Preis definitiv kein zweites Mal Wollt ihr es probieren? Wie finden ihr die neuen Sorten? 📌Rating 5/10

Eyes on the prize: our Brown Butter Pecan ice cream. Browning butter imparts a rich, nutty flavor to the cream and the pecans are double-toasted to prevent them from getting soggy as they are suspended in the cream. A classic, but we do it best…😉.
