Protein Pizza - Rezept ⤵️ *Ad Sieht die nicht aus , wie aus ner Pizzeria ? 😍 die Pizza ist so lecker geworden, der Teig außen knusprig und innen soft . Mit meinem Belag hatte sie ganze 70g Protein . Ihr könnt den Belag natürlich frei wählen . Die Pizza ist sehr groß , wem das zu viele Kalorien sind, kann natürlich auch nur die Hälfte des Teiges machen , da sie durch das Protein sehr satt macht ❤️ Zutaten für den Teig (638 Kalorien | 48,7g Eiweiß) : 120g Dinkelmehl 30g Sahne Protein von More 10g Backpulver ( am besten ist Weinstein) 100g Magerquark 70ml Wasser 1 TL Salz Alle Zutaten zu einem Teig verkneten und mit Hilfe von noch etwas Mehl eine Pizza auf einem Backpapier formen ( Teig ist noch bisschen klebrig, das soll so ) Nun wie gewünscht belegen und für ca 20 Minuten bei 180 Grad Umluft im Ofen backen. ➡️mein Belag bestand aus Tomatenmark, Pizza Gewürz , Käse, Serrano Schinken und Rucola Wie belegt ihr eure Pizza am liebsten ? So delish 😍😍 Ingredients: 1/2 a head of cabbage, finely chopped 2 cucumbers, diced 3 spring onions, chopped Dressing: 1 handful of baby spinach 1 cup fresh basil 2 cloves of garlic 1 shallot Juice of 2 lemons 1/4 cup cashews 1/4 cup olive oil 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese Salt Pepper Add all ingredients for the dressing into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add salad ingredients into a salad bowl. Add the dressing, mix, serve with corn chips and enjoy!
