At Adau, Captivating World Music from the Borneo Rainforest. At Adau, the leading world music band in Sarawak (Malaysian Borneo), released their second album Oba in 2019. At Adau’s music is rooted in the indigenous communities of Borneo and combines it with Afro-Latin music, rock and even flamenco. Band members belong to various Sarawakian tribes, including the Iban, Bidayuh, Orang Ulu and Kenyah and also incorporate instruments and rhythms from the Melanau and the Penan. Oba means love in the Kenyah language. The album features a mix of fascinating, lively musical pieces as well as evocative slow tempo tunes. At Adau is known for using two sape (Sarawakian boat-shaped lute) players as lead instrumentalists. The band also uses their familiar serutong (Bidayuh drum) and a wide range of traditional drums and percussion. On Oba, At Adau added new instruments including the Penan nose flute and the hulusi (Chinese three-tube flute). 人生中第一次来到古晋的砂拉越文化村，Kampung Budaya Sarawak，Sarawak Cultural Village🪘🪘从古晋市区开车45分钟就会到，就好像诗巫开车去泗里街那样而已🚗🚗奇怪，我身边的好朋友没有一个去过热带雨林音乐节叻！🎸🎸来，让我好好介绍一下：热带雨林世界音乐节已经来到了第26届，一共举办3天，6月23-24-25，我选择去第二天的（一天门票100多，3天比较划算，400多）🎫🎫 #明年的日期已经出了可以打机票订酒店租车了 #没有去过的请安排自己去一次也好真的 当天有看到砂拉越旅游部长Abdul Karim，也有看到一些旅游博主，例如古晋的Travelist GS，美里的逗比🙋🏻🙋🏻也看到古晋的My FM DJ Eddy就站在我后面🎤🎤 #我刷小红书的时候发现槟城艺人林美芬也有来 #她也有在小红书发帖哦 这次没有带相机和航拍机📸📸仅仅带我的iPhone 12 Pro Max手机就这样进去拍和录，因为打算轻装上阵。幸好有应景的穿了一身碎花吊带裙👗👗可惜没有穿打底裤，文化村里头天气太好，阳光炎热☀️☀️风也大，害我频频走光，只好到纪念品商店里随便买了条短裤穿在里面🩲🩲 老公穿得不太应景，只是穿件Polo衫+长裤，我看到满场的帅哥美女🕶️🕶️男的都是上身穿夏威夷衬衫、下身穿沙滩裤🩳🩳女的上身都是穿比基尼内衣/运动内衣👙👙下身穿热裤/峇迪布围一下而已。哇，真的是跟天气一样火辣辣🔥🔥看到我流口水，我怀疑自己来到泰国泼水节，怎么大家都这样穿🙈🙈没办法，这次没经验，我下次懂了🤣🤣 #草坪上不同国家的人随音乐翩翩起舞 #不管认不认识都一起兜圈圈 #热闹极了 #他们的感染力也太强 #围观的人都很开心 文化村太大了，真的就像一个村子，村里有各种砂拉越民族的木屋或长屋🛖🛖每间屋子代表一个民族，像是Bidayuh、Iban、Orang Ulu、Melanau、Penan，以及马来人和华人的（华人的那间真的很像回到阿嬷的家耶）🏚️🏚️里头都进行着不同的工作坊、展览和摊位，可以每一间都去逛，我看到有些是教人做瑜伽、有刺青的、有画汉娜的，就是女生很喜欢的手臂绘画Henna Tatoo🪔🪔 草坪上的摊位则是售卖各种各样纪念品、美食（我买了20块一粒的汉堡，好吃）、饮料、水果（切片那种的，现买现吃）啤酒，到处充斥着音乐美酒和美女⛱️⛱️买好了东西也有很多椅子、帐篷可以坐⛺️⛺️要站要坐都没有人会看你。 #活动方还建了一个大棚子里面全部是美食摊位 #要进去买东西吃在里面坐都可以 户外还有做活动玩游戏赢罐装饮料，买Cola和Pepsi也便宜，7块半4罐🥤🥤我走着走着，身边还突然听到日本人讲话，我觉得我在这里一天看到的老外还多过我在诗巫十年看到的老外数量，不用飞出去，他们自己飞进来看我们😅😅 晚上我们去到DJ Alan Walker曾经来过的大舞台看不同组合的人为我们带来悦耳动听的音乐🪇🪇虽然听不懂，但是跟着节奏也可以轻轻摆动身体，氛围超Chill的！🎸🎸我只待了4小时，傍晚5pm待到9pm，其实白天就可以来了。 #我也在小红书找到了这次也有参与音乐节的西马网友 #相约明年还要去 #他带他朋友 #我带我朋友 😅😅 Rainforest World Music Festival ←FB关注起来准备明年去 砂拉越旅游局 ←砂拉越旅游局的Facebook #kampungbudayasarawak #砂拉越文化村 #rwmf2023 #rainforestworldmusicfestival2023 #sarawakculturalvillage #rainforestworldmusicfestival #sarawakmoretodiscover #砂拉越无尽的探索 #热带雨林世界音乐节 #borneogramm @sarawakeye_official @sarawaktravel @myfmsarawak @tourismmalaysiasarawak @malaysia.truly.asia @rwmf.official @sarawakculturalvillage_scv @sarawakcv @borneogramm
