⚜️Steamboat Bill's⚜️ When I tell you that, I cried when I took the first bite... I mean it, but in the best way!🥹🤣 It was something like out of that movie "Soul." Ya know, the scenes where they get in the moment and just in pure bliss. That's what happened. It was better than the first time I tried it! Yes, folks, I was moved to tears by a freakin potato!!! 🤣🥔 If you are in Lake Charles, LA deff, add this to your list of places to eat! You already know what I recommend getting! But, really, anything from here is probably amazing based on the house potato flavor! The house potato is a big ol baked potato topped with some cheese, the most flavorful Etouffee.. like ever, shrimp and sour cream! 🤤 (You can also get crawfish instead of shrimp) Be sure to ask for it loaded and to get a side of the Etouffee!! The flavor is just 🤌 Don't forget to grab yourself some of their Cajun seasoning before you leave!! I got 2, and it was under 10 bucks! Update: We have yet to camp, and We are a little bummed about it! 5 years traveling, and somehow, I didn't even check the weather! 🤣 It's been raining every stop, so we had to get a couple of rooms so far! 😭 I mean... camping in the rain, light drizzle wouldn't be bad... but Rain in Lousiana and the South. Road Trip Day Day 10: Drive from Eureka, CA to Portland, OR 1. Started the day with a California farewell from a lovely Elk family. The male was a perfect gentleman and let the ladies cross before he made his way across the road. 2. Sunshine poking through the clouds 3 & 4. Magic fog coming into Oregon along the coast 5. Battle Rock in Port Orford, OR 6. Lots of rivers and bridges. We sat on one because of a wreck for an hour or so #roadtripthings 7 & 8. Thor’s Well was pretty rad. Unless your phone is hooked up to a stereo or your car, it doesn’t really capture the bass on that wave crash. 9. Saw some whales in the water at Depoe Bay, they happened to have a dope brewery too. 10. Bluegrass to end the day at Grand Fir Brewing in Portland @grandfirbrewing

These pump jacks physically extract the oil for use. Pump jacks and oil derricks are commonly confused, but are not the same. Pump jacks operate by creating something known as artificial lift.
