I have never understood the obsession with overnight oats until I made ‘em this way. Seriously so good and perfect for the Fall season. Prep time is 5 minutes. Shake it all up in your bowl…with the lid on 😉 and throw ‘em in the fridge. Packed with protein and fiber. This makes one serving. Caramel Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats 1/2 cup old fashioned oats 1 medium apple of choice cut into bite size pieces (I used gala) 5.5 Oz caramel premier protein 13 grams of pecans 1 tsp of sugar free vanilla pudding mix 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tbsp flax seed (optional) Chop up your apples Add all the ingredients to a bowl with a lid Shake the bowl well (with the lid on 😅) Place in fridge over night (I’d say at least 6-8 hours) In the morning it’ll be ready. I eat mine cold right out of the fridge, as many do, but there are some who like overnight oats warmed up.
