Salmon poke bowl - simple, quick (very important!) and full of goodness for those gut microbes 😋😋 I love a ‘picky’ meal, and this bowl is just that because you can add whatever you fancy/have in the fridge. The sticky rice from @tildarice is beautiful and I added a touch of @kikkomanuk tamari to it. Topped with yummy veg and some sweet chilli salmon, I could eat this again tonight (except it’s all gone 🤣) Technically the word ‘poke’ refers to slices or cubes of raw fish, so as my fish was cooked I guess it’s cheating - but I don’t know what else to call this meal!
