O macho, de boca aberta, afasta os maus espíritos. A fêmea, de boca fechada, mantém as boas energias. Por lo que dibujé a unos シーサー(Shiisaa) 😀. Son unas estatuas que se observan en las entradas de los hogares de Okinawa. Son considerados como guardianes. Por otro lado también suelen estar en parejas: el de boca abierta (macho) atrae la suerte/felicidad; la de boca cerrada (hembra) de mantener las mismas dentro del hogar. A rare new form of shisa made of plaster recently made its debut on the tiled roof of Kiyotaka Kaneshiro's (67) house in Tokashiki Village, attracting the attention of passersby. Katsunori Miyagi, 64, a carpenter in Uruma City, made the work in the village. Mr. Miyagi is currently restoring the tiled roof of Mr. Kaneshiro's house and remodeling the interior, and he took on the challenge of making a shisa for the first time as a commemorative service upon completion of the work. In a playful spirit, he came up with the shapes seen from the front, left, and right. The front is an ordinary Shisa, the right side (eastward) is a dragon, and the left side is a lion (westward), which is said to be an auspicious shape. Mr. Miyagi said, "I hope it will be the guardian god of the Kaneshiro family for many years to come. The Ginon Community Traditional Performing Arts Festival will be held on October 30 starting at 12:30 p.m. in front of the Ginowan Municipal Gymnasium in Mashiki, Ginowan City, located in the central part of the main island of Okinawa. The festival will take place in the square. There is no fee. The festival will feature local performing arts performances, such as the Oyama lion dance of Ginowan City, Ganeko Sunsamee (women dancing in a circle to pray for a good harvest), singing sansen (sanshin) and eisa (eisa), and other local specialties.
