When I first gota learn about Strengths Finder last yr Feb, I was impressed that the test picked out strengths that I didn’t even know I have 😂. Learning about my strengths is a self- affirmation, it places more emphasis on positive reinforcement. And it is empowering to know how I can develop, activate and maximise my strengths in areas that are impt to me. Too often, we downplay our strengths and use weaknesses as excuses for being mediocre in life. 🫣 This year, I took the chance to introduce Strengths Finder to my team! #TeamSKYO goes to Taiwan 🇹🇼🇹🇼🇹🇼 As a continuation from the Agency Awards Night, our qualifers headed off to Taiwan for their incentive trip! It was an extremely fun filled 8D7N trip which Alex, Alycia, Audrey, Kaiyuan and Zaxe took on multiple adventures such as riding the ATV, headed out to sea for dolphin watching and of course took lots and lots of pictures to commemorate this trip! To top it off, there was even a surprise performance from ERIC CHOU on the night of the celebration dinner! Thank you Prudential! 🤩 Ps.
