They are SO generous with the ingredients!! There was sakura-ebi on top on top of all the ingredients (princess bamboo shoots, seared skipjack, kailan, broad beans, prawn, chicken breast, small scallop, mentai mayo), giving it a crunchy and salty taste, and ingredients were plentiful and varied, making this dish delicious! We chose white rice + spicy sauce! Spicy sauce was spicy, but was tolerable, it was little compared to the amount of sweet sauce given for the other bowl though. 2️⃣ KOHAKU Tendon ($15)【7/10】 There was plenty of ingredients: tempura, asparagus, chicken, prawn, mushroom and other seafood so it’s really worth it! Liked the tempura the most :)I chose multigrain + original sauce for this. The sauce was sweet, and it really paired well with the rice and ingredients! The multigrain was basically the same as white rice, but mixed with a little brown rice. 🌟Ambience: 9/10 Staff was really patient and nice, explaining the menu to us, and answered our questions politely.
