🍸世界一のバーテンダー🍸 2020年11月のサルベージは御赦免に🙏 国際バーテンダー協会（IBA）主催のカクテル世界大会「ワールド・カクテル・チャンピオンシップ（WCC）2016」で総合優勝し“ワールド・バーテンダー・オブ・ザ・イヤー”に選ばれた坪倉健児氏のBarです。 日本人では2011年のポーランド・ワルシャワ大会で総合優勝した山田高史氏（横浜・Bar Noble）に続く快挙です。 2011年の当時はBarによく行っていてNobleにもお世話になっていたので山田さんが優勝した時は部門優勝したカクテルをすぐに飲みに行ったら、未だ帰国してなかったなんて事も有りました笑っ ジントニック 初めてのBarでは最初にジントニックをオーダーしがち チャーム ぬれ煎とチップスのしょっぱい系 THE BEST SCENE WCCで披露されたオリジナルカクテル。 甘味が有るので度数を感じにくく飲みやすいのですが結構高めの度数なようです。 公表されているレシピは以下の通り 「THE BEST SCENE」 カクテルレシピ 3.5cl Geranium Premium London Dry Gin 1.5ci Giffard Elderflower Liqueur 1cl Midori 0.5cl Monin Fruit Puree Yuzu 1cl Lemon juice,fresh 1 Dash Fee Brothers Cardamom Bitters グラスホッパー 昔に通ってたBarでは出してなかったのと、チョコミント味が苦手なので飲んだことが無かったのですが、おすすめメニューに載っていたので人生初オーダー。 坪倉氏からうかがった面白い話で、私はチョコミント味からの着想でグラスホッパーが生まれたと思っていたのですが、逆にグラスホッパーを飲んだ方がチョコミント味を作ったそうです。 この味を落とし込んだ人が凄い！！ スプモーニ 大人っぽくないなと思いながらもやっぱりこのカクテルが好きなのでオーダーしちゃいます。 それに意外とBarごとに味が違って面白いです。 大好きだけにちゃんと自分の好みが有りまして、カンパリ多めのトニック少な目の苦酸っぱいんだけどほんのり甘いのが好きです。 基本的にメニューは有りませんが、季節のオススメだけ用意されているようです。 1時間半くらいの駆け足滞在になってしまいましたが、ちょうど坪倉氏の前に案内されてメイクもよく見れて良い時間が過ごせました。 ロッキングチェア http://bar-rockingchair.jp/ ファサード 帰りしなに撮ったら暗すぎた 暖炉とロッキングチェア ここはウェイティングかな？飲めるのかな？ 私はカウンターのお客様のお会計待ちでここに通されました。 京都巡りのご参考までに#主に京都 #ロッキングチェア #京都バー #京都グルメ #barrockingchair #バーロッキングチェア #京都BAR #THEBESTSCENE #ジントニック #スプモーニ #グラスホッパー #チョコミント #カクテル #cocktails #京都 #Bar巡り #bar #バー #authenticbar #オーセンティックバー
