Sjukskrivningarna på jobbet har stundvis varit massiva hela hösten och vintern. Den här tiden utsätts vi för mycket attacker av yttre och inre påfrestning (eller patogener som man kallar det i TKM). Vårt samhälle saktar inte ner för att den mörka, kalla årstiden gör att vi alla behöver en långsammare rytm och mer vila. Det skapar trötthet och i förlängningen gör det oss sårbara för obalanser och sjukdom kan få fäste…. …Trots år av träning, utveckling och kunskap så lyssnar inte heller jag till mig själv alla gånger. Vi handlar efter ett mönster som sitter så djupt att det ska till smärtsamma upplevelser, till och med sjukdom, för att se och börja förändra dem. Det är där sjukdomssymtom eller blockeringar kommer in som positiva. De får oss att likt väckarklockor vakna till och se på oss själva med öppna ögon och inse behovet av förändring. Kroppen är ett fantastiskt instrument att använda för att se, höra, känna och lukta oss till blockeringar och obalanser. Där det finns obalans, märks det. En person som tränat sig i att lyssna till sin egen varelse kan nästan känna qi/ livsenergin strömma och virvla genom kroppen. Jag är inte riktigt där än, men jag är på väg…. I spent the two last weeks in August on an amazing island - mostly sprawled out on a sun bed next to an amazing pool with a view of the ocean and my main aim was to slow down my ever racing mind - to rest - to recuperate - to recharge - to be able to hear myself think....
