Glavna plaža na desnoj strani mjesta Poljana na otoku Ugljanu. Sjena je ovdje od ranog popodneva pa nadalje dok je ujutro na plaži prekoputa, na drugoj strani kod crkve svetog Petra. Idealna je za neplivače i djecu a odmah u pozadini je natkriveni kafić. Plaže je udaljena samo minutu od naših apartmana. ⛱🌊 The main beach on the right side of Poljana on island Ugljan, Croatia. The shadow is here from the early afternoon onwards while in the morning it is on the beach across the bay, on the other side near the church of St. Peter. It is ideal for non-swimmers and children, and right in the background is a beach bar/cafe in the shadow. The beaches are only a minute away from our apartments.

Twierdza sv. Mihovil (św. Michała Archanioła) została wzniesiona w XIII wieku przez Republikę Dubrownicką, która przez stulecia władała tymi terenami. Dzień 3. 19 km ale tym razem pod górę 💪 Naszym celem dzisiaj były ruiny fortu św. Michała. Do twierdzy można dotrzeć drogą asfaltową z Preko . Po blisko 2-godzinnym spacerze pośród oliwnych gajów i pięknej śródziemnomorskiej roślinności dotarliśmy na miejsce. Widoki zapierają dech w piersi. Punkt z którego rozpościera się widok dookoła 360 stopni na Chorwację i wyspy wokół. Po zdobyciu byłego klasztoru benedyktynów w oddali zaczęło grzmieć jednak w takim miejscu z 3 dzieci nie ryzykowaliśmy i rozpoczęliśmy powrót. Tuż przed centrum Preko złapał Nas deszcz. Tam krótki odpoczynek na obiad. Dalej do Kali. Zrobiło się trochę chłodniej. Zaplanowaliśmy kolejny dzień. Drugi dzień kwietniowej Chorwacji minął rowerowo. Promem z Zadaru ( 4 euro) popłynęliśmy na wyspę Uglijan do miejscowości Preko. Tuż przy porcie wynajęliśmy rowery (15 euro za dzień) i ruszyliśmy w kierunku wzgórza, na którym stoją ruiny Fortu św. Michała . Oczywiście pomyliliśmy drogi wybierając tą trudniejszą i lekko nie było, ale widoki zrekompensowały wysiłek. Przynajmniej w drugą stronę było ciągle z górki 😉Wzdłuż wybrzeża ciągną się uliczki, którym można jeździć lub spacerować cały dzień. Jest naprawdę pięknie!
