Something many may not know about me is that I dream vividly every single night. My dreams are very vivid and I remember them most of the time if I lay down and recall. My dreams give me thoughts, ideas, warnings and sometimes tell me what’s to come. We all have gifts and I think this is my gift. I had an otherworldly experience this morning around 3:30 so I was inspired to write and share.💖 This world is putrid. Our hearts hold all of humanities’ darkness throughout time. All the evil that was done. We carry that sickness with us. It can prevail, but only if we let it. We are all connected. Like the leaves from a tree, connected to one source. Whatever happens to you, happens to me. If I heal, we heal, if you get sick, we get sick. Whatever you see in me, I see in you. You cannot judge me without judging yourself. It’s a circle my dear. We can think we are separate, but the truth is, we are one. Always have been, always will be. In order to help humanity reach our true potential, we must focus on ourselves. Fix ourselves, our hearts, our thoughts, before we can judge someone else and give unsolicited advice. When we are able to let go of criticizing others, we will see clearly and fix those things within ourselves. So like grandfather eagle has taught me, as I visited with him daily at Place Road beach after the Elwha River was set free from the largest dam removal in the U.S history, I aim to soar high. Trying to stay above all the bs, all the sickness. Not letting any of it bring me down. Grandfather eagle observes the world around him with a keen eye. So too will I. Just watch and observe as it all plays out. As the veils thin and truths reveal themselves. And truth is what I seek. Truth is painful so we tend to look away, but it’s time we look in the mirror and see it for ourselves. May the essence of the great eagle and our ancestors help to guide us all. I hope the passionflower and cinnamon will help with my headache and let me get some better sleep. * I've been experimenting with different recipes of milk, almond milk, and coconut milk. Also different amounts (small!) of either honey or maple syrup as a little sweetness. So far, I think this one is my favorite. * Do you dream a lot? I'm a vivid, frequent dreamer. And yes, I remember a lot of them when I wake up! * Sometimes, it's hard to explain that it's NOT RESTFUL. I've read that you only dream in your deepest sleep.
