West Monroe, Louisiana. The torso of a missing 19-year-old woman was found in a Louisiana river after she went to stay with a man she met online, authorities said. Anthony Holland Jr., 29, now faces a murder charge, the West Monroe Police department said in an April 24 news release. Sheryl Turner left home in New Iberia, Louisiana, to stay with Holland, as they were “engaged in a romantic relationship over text message,” police said. Her family grew worried after she left home on Dec. 31, and they reported her missing, KATC reported. But they said they were dissatisfied with response from local law enforcement. “Everything died down. It got quiet,” Turner’s father, Michael Turner, told KATC. Her loved ones took to social media for help. “If anybody knows the where abouts of my twin sister Sheryl Turner plz by all means text me and let me know,” Sherry Turner wrote on Facebook on Jan 5. “My last time speaking to her was Monday before she packed up and left without telling anybody where she was going.” Then on Jan. 24, a boater called the Catahoula Parish Sheriff’s Office to report a body floating in the Ouachita River, the sheriff’s office said in a news release. Through DNA testing, investigators determined the body belonged to Sheryl Turner. On April 23, investigators searched Holland’s home and found “forensic evidence of a crime of violence,” police said. Holland told authorities that he killed Turner at his home and dismembered her body before dumping her remains in the river, police said. “I’ll never understand why someone could do that to a person,” Turner’s sister wrote on Facebook. Powhatan, Virginia. A high-ranking official at an EMS agency based out of Virginia was arrested in Turks and Caicos, and now the president of the company is hoping the situation is resolved with fairness and justice. Tyler Scott Wenrich, 31, was going through a security checkpoint after traveling to Grand Turk on a cruise ship when it was discovered he had ammo, Loop Caribbean News reports. He was charged with possession of ammunition on April 23. Wenrich remains in custody at the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation pending a June 7 sufficiency hearing, the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force stated. Wenrich is the vice president of operations at Emergency Services Solutions Inc., an EMS agency that staffs rural 911 jurisdictions ambulances since 2001, according to the company’s CEO and President, Blanton Marchese. ESS staffs more than 150 EMTs and paramedics, and Wenrich is responsible for the daily operations. Marchese is hoping to bring attention to Wenrich’s case. “What I’ve learned over the past 30 years in public safety is that in every challenge, there lies an opportunity for grace and resilience. Given Tyler’s consistent demonstration of both qualities, I hope that his situation will be resolved with fairness and justice,” Marchese told EMS1. Wenrich wasn’t the only American tourist arrested within a matter of days. Ryan Watson, from Oklahoma, was also charged with ammunition possession. On April 11, Watson and his wife, Valerie Watson, were detained at Howard Hamilton International Airport after security personnel reportedly discovered four rounds of hunting ammunition in Watson’s carry-on bag, CBS News reports. Watson is facing 12 years in prison. #whitecrimesmatter #whitesupremacyisterrorism #whitepeoplebelike #blm #domesticterrorism #whiteonwhitecrime #explorepage #dintdonuffin #whitegold #whitepeoplebelike #karensgonewild #karen #whiteboysummer #predator #childabuse #domesticviolence #trump #trump2024 #menofgod

Kansas City, Missouri. Back in January, three Kansas City Chiefs fans were mysteriously found dead in the backyard of a friend’s house. Ricky Johnson, Clayton McGeeney and David Harrington were at Jordan Willis’ house to watch the Chiefs face the Chargers. That was the last time Johnson, McGeeney and Harrington were seen alive. In February, the Kansas City Police Department shared the toxicology reports with the families of Johnson, McGeeney and Harrington. The reports suggested that “THC, cocaine and lethal levels of fentanyl” were found in their systems. Two months later, the Kansas City community received another update on this situation. Fox News Digital was told by a Frontier Forensics Midwest LLC representative that the autopsies have been completed. However, only the Platte County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office can release the results. Essentially, the autopsy reports are being placed on hold since there’s an ongoing investigation. The families of the deceased are still trying to figure out what truly happened at Willis’ home. “If there was a person that knew what was in whatever they consumed that night and didn’t warn anybody, they should be held accountable,” Harrington’s mother told Fox 4. “That’s my fear, it won’t happen... it’s so hard not knowing anything - like not hearing anything.” Hopefully, the families get some closure in the coming months. #whitecrimesmatter #whitesupremacyisterrorism #whitepeoplebelike #blm #domesticterrorism #whiteonwhitecrime #explorepage #dintdonuffin #whitegold #whitepeoplebelike #karensgonewild #karen #whiteboysummer #predator #childabuse #domesticviolence #trump #trump2024 #menofgod

Toledo, Ohio. An Ohio teenager and her adult boyfriend accused of murder were in court today for hearings in their case. Kaitlyn Coones , 18, and Jonathon Jones, 34, are facing multiple charges for the April 2023 death of Nicole Jones, Jonathon’s mother. In court documents obtained by Court TV , prosecutors accuse Coones of strangling Nicole and beating her with a rock on April 19, 2023. Following the murder, Coones and Jonathon allegedly cleaned the scene and disposed of Nicole’s body in a dumpster. Afterwards, the couple fled to Mexico, where they were arrested in May. Nicole’s body has not been found. In court Wednesday, Coones’ motion for an in-person mental evaluation was briefly mentioned. In the previously filed motion, Coones’ defense states they believe she is a victim of Jonathon and is experiencing “trauma bonding,” which “occurs when the victim has a psychological response to abuse which develops into a deep sense of affection, empathy or sympathy for their abuser.” Coones’ defense said they’re waiting for the doctor to conduct the evaluation. Jonathon’s defense also asked for their client to be evaluated, to which the court agreed. His defense also said they intend to file a motion to suppress his interview with FBI agents in El Paso. The judge also raised the matter of if the cases will need to be tried separately, to which Coones’ defense suggested two separate juries. The cases have not been officially severed. The next pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 5. #whitecrimesmatter #whitesupremacyisterrorism #whitepeoplebelike #blm #domesticterrorism #whiteonwhitecrime #explorepage #dintdonuffin #whitegold #whitepeoplebelike #karensgonewild #karen #whiteboysummer #predator #childabuse #domesticviolence #trump #trump2024 #menofgod

Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. Convicted killer Adam Montgomery has been ordered to appear in person to be sentenced for the horrific murder of his daughter Harmony, after he refused to show up in court for his three-week trial. Montgomery, 34, was convicted of second-degree murder, second-degree assault, falsifying physical evidence, abuse of a corpse and tampering with a witness and informants in February over the death of his five-year-old daughter. At trial, jurors heard how Montgomery killed his daughter in 2019 by repeatedly punching her in the head after the little girl soiled herself. Harmony’s stepmother – and Montgomery’s wife – Kayla Montgomery testified that, after the deadly attack, the family drove to a Burger King. After realising she was dead, she told the court that the little girl’s remains were hidden in a ceiling vent at a shelter where the family was staying. Montgomery then snuck his daughter’s remains into his workplace freezer, before disposing of them in March 2020. Harmony’s remains have never been found. It was two years before Harmony was even reported missing – sparking a huge investigation to find out what had happened to the little girl. Prior to her murder, the little had lived on and off with foster families and her mother Crystal Sorey in Massachusetts, before going to live with her father in New Hampshire in 2019. Montgomery admitted to charges of abuse of a corpse and falsifying evidence at the start of his high-profile trial – but then refused to show up for the remainder of the three-week proceedings. Montgomery is now set to be sentenced at 1pm ET on 9 May. An attorney for the convicted killer previously argued that he should be excused from attending the hearing because he has maintained his innocence on the murder, assault and witness tampering charges. Delaware, Ohio. A lieutenant colonel in the Ohio National Guard charged with raping a child has pleaded not guilty. Lt. Col. Steven Vicario, 40, faced a judge for the first time Wednesday, charged with three counts of rape in Delaware County. A judge set Vicario’s bond at $500,000 Wednesday. When ABC 6 first reported about the case Tuesday, a spokeswoman for the guard said Vicario is a full-time employee of the guard, and works at Joint Force headquarters as a mobilization officer. He was commander of the 211th Maintenance Company for a three-year stretch from 2013-2016, the spokeswoman said. Delaware police said an adult brought their child to the police station back in November after allegedly catching Vicario raping her in their Delaware home. The child was examined at two hospitals, and it was determined that rapes had occurred in both October and November. Prosecutors allege that Vicario has been trying to influence witnesses in the case and asked the judge to order him not to have direct or indirect contact with witnesses. “I want to make the court aware that this defendant has had continued contact with a witness in this case,” said Sayje Brown, assistant Delaware County prosecutor. “There’s recordings where they are discussing this case.” The judge ordered no contact as part of the condition for bond. A National Guard spokeswoman said Vicario is considered AWOL and is not getting paid while he’s in jail. #whitecrimesmatter #whitesupremacyisterrorism #whitepeoplebelike #blm #domesticterrorism #whiteonwhitecrime #explorepage #dintdonuffin #whitegold #whitepeoplebelike #karensgonewild #karen #whiteboysummer #predator #childabuse #domesticviolence #trump #trump2024 #menofgod

Cincinnati, Ohio. The mother of a 4-year-old boy said she was proud of her son after a court hearing on Monday about his attempted abduction. Lisa Narcelli, 44, was accused of trying to lure a 4-year-old boy away from his home in Norwood. She is scheduled to go to trial on Monday. She was arrested and charged with attempted abduction, impersonation of a peace officer and burglary. According to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, she’s facing a maximum 12.5 years in prison 2023. The attempted abduction was caught on surveillance camera video. The woman is accused of claiming she was a child protective services officer. The mother, who declined to be identified, said the woman tried to portray herself as a children’s protective services employee. “She was telling me that the case could totally, dramatically change basically and not in a good stance or us,” the child’s mother said. The mother said she and her husband taught their son the concept of Stranger Danger and that their son had finally had enough of the woman’s advances. “I’m proud of him,” she said. “There are proud tears. It really lets you know that what you tell them sinks in. You don’t know if they’re listening but it did. It sunk in. He listened even though he was four.” Narcelli was in court on Wednesday. Her attorney was trying to have two of the charges against her dropped ahead of her trial, which starts on Monday in Hamilton County court. #whitecrimesmatter #whitesupremacyisterrorism #whitepeoplebelike #blm #domesticterrorism #whiteonwhitecrime #explorepage #dintdonuffin #whitegold #whitepeoplebelike #karensgonewild #karen #whiteboysummer #predator #childabuse #domesticviolence #trump #trump2024 #menofgod

Alameda County, California. Handwritten jury notes unearthed by a staffer at the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office (ACDA) in California revealed a strategy of excluding Jewish and Black jurors from the pool of Ernest Edward Dykes, pictured right in booking photo provided by the ACDA. In a case of sweeping alleged misconduct that threatens to upend the convictions of 35 active death row cases, a district attorney’s office in California has announced that it found a series of handwritten notes indicating prosecutors may have intentionally excluded Black and Jewish Americans from a jury pool roughly 40 years ago. The announcement was made Monday by Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price and it was U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria of the Northern California District who asked Price’s office to investigate. “These notes — especially when considered in conjunction with evidence presented in other cases — constitutes strong evidence that, in prior decades, prosecutors from the [Alameda County District Attorney’s office] were engaged in a pattern of serious misconduct, automatically excluding Jewish and African American jurors in death penalty cases,” wrote Chhabria. The notes stem from the case of Ernest Edward Dykes . Dykes was sentenced to die in 1995 after a jury found that he murdered Lance Clark, a 9-year-old boy and son of his landlord, Bernice Clark, by shooting him in the chest. Dykes, the jury found, had only attempted to kill Bernice Clark during the robbery. Dykes, who is now 51 years old, has appealed his sentence as he sits on death row. During a press conference on Monday, according to local CW affiliate KRON, Price said she expects “it will take a long time” to determine how widespread potential trial rights violations may go. Only a few of the handwritten notes were released this week after being under seal, a review of the federal docket in California shows. Some of the family members of people on death row in California have already been notified, KRON reported. Price asked people who may be affected to call the Victim Witness Advocates program at 510-208-9555 or via email at [email protected].

Pickaway County, Ohio. A fatal shooting that left an Ohio correctional officer dead is being investigated as a homicide , according to a report. The officer, Lieutenant Rodney Osborne, 43, was shot in the chest during a training exercise at the Correctional Training Academy in Pickaway County on 9 April. Osborne was taken to a hospital for treatment but ultimately died from his wound. Annette Chambers-Smith, the state’s Corrections Director, said immediately after the incident that the shooting “appears to be a tragic accident.” Osborne was married and was a father to three children. Now, a state employee is being investigated for “reckless homicide,” according to a report from the Columbus Dispatch . The Ohio State Highway Patrol issued a heavily redacted 18-page report concerning the incident, which included redactions of the name of the officer who allegedly shot Osborne. The report does include the names of approximately a dozen witnesses and basic details about the incident. When reporters at the Columbus Dispatch contacted the witnesses for comment, the newspaper said they were told they had been instructed not to talk to the media. Colleagues on-site reportedly tried to perform CPR on Osborne after the shooting before transporting him to Mount Carmel Grove City for treatment. He died at the hospital. A 911 call placed the morning of the incident revealed that Osborne had been taken to the hospital in a Chevy Silverado truck. Evidence was collected from the vehicle during a subsequent investigation by Pickaway County deputies, NBC 4 reports. (Continued in the comments)

Mulberry, Arkansas. An Arkansas sheriff’s deputy filmed brutally beating a man pleaded guilty to federal civil rights offenses on Friday. Levi White, 34, is now in the custody of the U.S. Marshal Service, according to the court docket. He faces up to 10 years in prison after changing his plea three weeks before his federal trial. The charge stems from an incident on Aug. 21, 2022, when White tracked down 27-year-old Randal Worcester at a local gas station in Mulberry, a town located approximately 125 miles west of Little Rock on the state’s border with Oklahoma . Law enforcement officers wanted to speak with Worcester amid allegations he threatened a gas station attendant earlier in the day. White was joined by a fellow Crawford County Sheriff’s Office deputy, Zachary King, and Officer Thell Riddle of the Mulberry Police Department. In an application for a search warrant seeking White’s cell phone , agents with the FBI allege that Riddle’s dash cam recorded the three men speaking with Worcester for a little over three minutes without incident. The dash cam video then shows Worcester stand up quickly and tackle White after he allegedly tried to grab him by the neck, according to the warrant. What happened next is not recorded on the dash cam video as the three men are on the ground, but a bystander had begun to film the incident from their phone around this same time, according to the warrant. The FBI described the events recorded on that cell phone video in their search warrant: The video begins with RW lying stretched out on the ground with all three officers on top of him: King on his legs, Riddle on his midsection, and White on his head. The video shows that while R.W. lays on the ground, White kneed R.W. and punched R.W. multiple times in his head area, then lifted R.W’s head and slammed it into the ground. After the head slam White again delivered multiple strikes with his hand to R.W.’s head area. (Continued in the comments)

California. A federal appeals court has ruled that the constitutional right against self-incrimination did not prevent California police from forcing a suspected drug dealer from unlocking his cellphone with a thumbprint. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled against Jeremy Travis Payne Wednesday, throwing out Payne’s constitutional challenges to the admissibility of evidence collected after highway cops forced Payne to unlock his phone. The court said that the ruling in Payne’s case was clear, but that it does not mean that police are entitled to force individuals to unlock electronic devices in all circumstances. Rather, the court said the matter comes down to what kind of thought process would be required for the unlocking, and said the surrounding facts — including whether a person was permitted to choose which finger to use to unlock a phone — could make the difference as to legality. Payne was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon on a peace officer in 2018, sentenced to three years imprisonment, then released on parole. As a condition of his parole, Payne signed documents agreeing that he would cooperate with various kinds of searches if asked to do so. While on parole, Payne was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, fluorofentanyl, and cocaine in 2021. During a traffic stop, California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers forced Payne to unlock his cellphone by using his thumbprint. Once the phone was unlocked, officers found several videos showing Payne inside a room filled with pills suspected to be fentanyl and a money-counting machine; officers also found a map with dropped pins that led them to the location captured in the video, which was indeed filled with drugs. St. Petersburg, Florida. Police recently arrested a Virginia man after he allegedly shot and killed his wife at his parent’s house in Florida. On Wednesday, April 17, at approximately 10:25 p.m., officers with the St. Petersburg Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at a home on 29th Ave. North. Police learned 28-year-old Devin Hansen and his wife, 35-year-old Yasmin Grijalva, were visiting from out of state when they got into a dispute, and Hansen allegedly shot Grijalva. According to WTVT-TV, Hansen and his wife were at his parent’s house during the incident. The couple had reportedly been married since 2022, but Hansen has been residing in Virginia, and his wife was staying in Michigan with their 1-year-old son. WTVT reports that Grijalva was in Florida for a work-related event, and her husband joined her. Emergency personnel arrived at the home, but Hansen had already fled the scene in a black Cadillac CTS. Officials transported Grijalva to Orlando Health Bayfront via ambulance, and an officer rode along. While in transit, the officer noticed a black Cadillac chasing the ambulance on the interstate. Nearby police officers attempted to stop the vehicle, and a pursuit ensued. The Cadillac eventually crashed into big landscaping rocks in the 1400 block of 54th Avenue South. Grijalva was later pronounced deceased at the hospital. Police took Hansen into custody on charges of first-degree murder, fleeing and eluding, and domestic battery. He remains held in the Pinellas County Jail. #whitecrimesmatter #whitesupremacyisterrorism #whitepeoplebelike #blm #domesticterrorism #whiteonwhitecrime #explorepage #dintdonuffin #whitegold #whitepeoplebelike #karensgonewild #karen #whiteboysummer #predator #childabuse #domesticviolence #trump #trump2024 #menofgod #femicide

Lansing, Michigan. The suspect in the April 18 double homicide has been found and arrested, according to the Lansing Police Department. On Monday morning, Lansing police said 51-year-old Dennis (Josh) Whaley, who is a suspect in the Thursday shooting that left two people dead at the 500 block of Woodrow Avenue, was found and arrested at 10:30 p.m. Sunday. On Sunday, Lansing police were at the cross streets of Foster Avenue and Elizabeth Street throughout the early part of Sunday morning, searching for Whaley, who was reportedly inside the home. Lansing police were at the house for close to nine hours trying to lure Whaley out of the house by firing tear gas canisters inside the house. Police then entered the home to find that no one was inside. On Thursday, two people died in a shooting in Lansing. Lansing Police told News 10 they first responded to the 500 block of Woodrow Avenue in Lansing around 9:30 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they located a 50-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman shot. LPD said they died at the scene. Lansing Police identified the victims as Jason McKenzie and Christine Cambric. The two homicides are the second and third homicides reported in Lansing in 2024. Bend, Oregon. Two men from Redmond and Sisters have been arrested in a string of burglaries at La Frontera in Redmond and the Redmond Tap House, police said Monday. They have recovered some stolen items but are turning to the public to help find any more items they may have sold online. Michael Anthony Moran, 28, of Redmond and Christien Richardson, 25, of Sisters were arrested last Thursday in the parking lot of the Sisters Dairy Queen, Redmond Police Lt. Eric Beckwith said. The pair are accused in four burglaries at La Frontera, with a “large multitude of items stolen,” Beckwith said, while the Tap House also was a victim of theft. They were booked into the Deschutes County Jail on initial charges of first- and second-degree theft, second-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools, the lieutenant said. Police released booking photos of both men Monday as they asked the public to contact them if they bought any items from the two. Stolen items were listed for sale on websites such as Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist. “Some items have been recovered,” Beckwith said. “However, bracelets, watches and other jewelry stolen from La Frontera remain outstanding.” Anyone who bought any items from Moran or Richardson is asked to contact Redmond Police Detective Sergeant Tyler Kirk at 541-504-3400. Morgantown, West Virginia. Police made one arrest following an investigation into a knife-point robbery over the weekend. On Saturday, officers were asked to file a report against a subject known as “bald-headed Vinny” about a robbery that allegedly occurred at an apartment on Spruce Street. The victim told police he and another were at the apartment when another resident, Vincent Spiker, 33, of Morgantown, kicked the door to the bathroom in while holding a kitchen knife. Spiker then turned to other residents and threatened to stab them if they did not give him money and drugs. When one of the victims told Spiker he had been clean and did not have drugs, Spiker reportedly smacked that victim and shook the knife at both. Spiker then reportedly took $40 from the kitchen and stood in the hallway for several minutes, demanding the rest of the money. Spiker has been charged with first-degree robbery and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail. #whitecrimesmatter #whitesupremacyisterrorism #whitepeoplebelike #blm #domesticterrorism #whiteonwhitecrime #explorepage #dintdonuffin #whitegold #whitepeoplebelike #karensgonewild #karen #whiteboysummer #predator #childabuse #domesticviolence #trump #trump2024 #menofgod

Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. A Minnesota State Senator was arrested early Monday morning on suspicion of burglarizing a Detroit Lakes home, according to police. Officers were called at about 4:45 a.m. to a residence off Granger Road and Long Avenue after the homeowner called 911 to report a burglary in progress. Police say the suspect, 49-year-old Sen. Nicole Mitchell, DFL-Woodbury, was found inside and was arrested on suspicion of first-degree burglary. Mitchell has not yet been formally charged. A spokesperson for the Senate DFL Caucus said in a statement Monday they’re “aware of the situation” but wouldn’t comment. Senate Minority Leader Mark Johnson, R-East Grand Forks, said in a statement he was “shocked” about the news regarding his colleague. “The public expects Legislators to meet a high standard of conduct. As information comes out, we expect the consequences to meet the actions, both in the court of law, and in her role at the legislature,” Johnson said. Amy Lynn Modrow, 9, died on February 17 when she was declared braindead after a week in ICU at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. Her parents Anthony and Rachel Modrow, both 34, were on Wednesday charged with second-degree manslaughter and accused of negligently causing Amy’s death. Amy’s father allegedly didn’t refill her asthma inhaler for a month and her mother ran her ‘chicken nugget’ a steam bath instead of calling an ambulance. As she lay dying in hospital, her parents documented her condition on social media and pleaded for donations, raising more than $10,000 online. ‘My children is fighting for her life after a severe asthma attack. Help us,’ Rachel wrote on Twitter. After Amy died, she posted a tweet tagging professional wrestler Rebecca Quinn and told her friends ‘lets get this message seen’. ‘My 9 year old just passed away, she was one of your biggest fans. You made such a impact on her. You were her hero. Thank you giving her someone to look up to. She always wanted to go to Wrestlemania,’ she wrote. The post was accompanied by a haunting photo of Amy in hospital, hooked up to machines with a tube down her throat. Anthony made a series of Facebook posts sharing his grief over the weeks between Amy’s death and his arrest. ‘It’s official Amy hasn’t had any sedation and hasn’t woke up. She is brain dead. They giving her till Sunday for organ donation. I need to go home hurts so much. I said good bye,’ he wrote on the day she died. (Continued in the comments)

Michigan. A new Michigan appellate court ruling means police can stop someone and ask for a concealed pistol license if they have reason to think the person is carrying a gun. The case centers around a man who was arrested after three Detroit police officers noticed he may have had a gun under his shirt. The man allegedly kept walking. But the appearance of a gun was enough for police to stop him, pat him down, and discover he had a gun but didn’t have a license for it. His lawyer argued the search was unjustified and tried to get it thrown out. The lower court agreed. But the unanimous Michigan Court of Appeals panel cited a handful of federal cases in its opinion that found police were justified in conducting a warrantless search. The panel determined that under Michigan law, carrying a concealed gun in the first place is enough to give the appearance of a crime. “[I]n Michigan, it is a prima facie violation of state law that is rebuttable by raising the issue of licensure and offering proof that the possession was lawful,” an unpublished federal case cited in the Michigan decision read. A key point in the argument is that Michigan’s gun laws require concealed pistol license holders to present their license to law enforcement when asked. Law enforcement doesn’t need to observe any further suspicious behavior to ask. #whitecrimesmatter #whitesupremacyisterrorism #whitepeoplebelike #blm #domesticterrorism #whiteonwhitecrime #explorepage #dintdonuffin #whitegold #whitepeoplebelike #karensgonewild #karen #whiteboysummer #predator #childabuse #domesticviolence #trump #trump2024 #menofgod

Little Rock, Arkansas. Both US senators from Arkansas are pushing for answers from the Justice Department about a federal law enforcement search warrant execution last month that ended with an airport executive shot dead. Sens. Tom Cotton and John Boozman are seeking answers in the death of Bryan Malinowski, the executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock. Malinowski was shot on March 19 when agents with the Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) attempted to serve a search warrant at his home. Malinowski, 53, was wounded during a gunfire exchange with agents and died days later, the ATF said. “The Department of Justice confirmed to us last night that the ATF agents involved in the execution of a search warrant of the home of Bryan Malinowski weren’t wearing body cameras,” Cotton and Boozman said in a joint statement. “We will continue to press the Department to explain how this violation of its own policy could’ve happened and to disclose the full circumstances of this tragedy.” “Mr. Malinowski’s family and the public have a right to a full accounting of the facts,” the Republican lawmakers added. Bud Cummins, the attorney for the Malinowski family, noted that the ATF adopted a policy in 2022 that requires the use of body cameras during the execution of search warrants. “This policy provides parameters for the use of BWCs [body-worn cameras] by TFOs [task force officers] to the extent that a state or local law enforcement agency requires their use by its officers during federal task force operations,” states a Department of Justice memo dated June 2, 2022. Cummins said the policy was created in response to the shooting of Breonna Taylor, the Louisville, Kentucky EMT worker who was killed as officers attempted to execute a search warrant. “It is astounding for ATF to now claim they simply ignored this clear policy. It obviously raises more questions than it answers,” Cummins told Fox News Digital. As agents were attempting to serve the warrant in the early morning hours, Malinowski allegedly opened fire. Sioux Falls, South Dakota. On Friday, a judge sentenced Dylan Castimore to 90 years in prison in connection with the death of his infant son. A judge handed-down the sentence following a day-and-a-half of testimony from law enforcement, medical experts and finally, baby Daxton’s mother. Earlier in the morning, the Sioux Falls man said he’s sorry for killing his eight-week-old baby. During day two of his sentencing hearing, Castimore read a statement in court. He told the judge and baby Daxton’s family members that he snapped on November 27, 2021. That’s the day he killed the infant. The prosecutor argued before the judge that Castimore should spend the rest of his life behind bars for the crime. Castimore read an apology in court saying he loved his son Daxton and that there was “no malice” in his actions on the day of November 27, 2021, when he was alone caring for the little boy at their apartment. Castimore said he was going through “a lot of mental stuff and I snapped.” But it was an apology that rang hollow to prosecutors. “If this were a snap sort of situation, it’d be a few seconds and it’s over and I’m calling 911. But instead, he chose to take time to clean up the mess, and then call 911 and then give a fake story,” Minnehaha County Deputy State’s Attorney Jennifer Hynek said. Daxton’s mother testified that she collapsed after Castimore called her workplace to tell her that Daxton had stopped breathing. She said she collapsed again at the hospital when she saw the medical team working unsuccessfully to save the little boy’s life. The brutal nature of this crime took an emotional toll on just about everyone in the courtroom. Even the deputy state’s attorney became choked-up as she was making her argument for a life sentence for Castimore. (Continued in the comments)

Catoosa County, Georgia. A Georgia man was sentenced to three decades in prison for brutally beating his two children — a two-year-old son and three-year-old daughter — for making a mess in their bedroom. Dillan Michael Tennant, 24, was sentenced to 30 years in prison, with the first half without the possibility of parole, by Catoosa County Superior Court Judge Chris Arnt. This comes after Tennant was convicted last month on two counts of cruelty to children in the first degree. During the trial, prosecutors showed evidence that Tennant “physically abused his two-year-old son and three-year-old daughter by beating them repeatedly, leaving horrific bruising on the toddlers,” the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office said in a press release. In March 2023, Tennant was with the two children at a home in Rossville, Georgia, he shared with his parents and brother. Tennant became enraged because, while he failed to properly supervise the children, they made a mess in their bedroom, according to the release. Tennant hit the children repeatedly over two days, including using a board to strike his two-year-old son. He then left the home with his children and took them to a male friend’s home in an effort to hide the injuries he had inflicted on the children, according to the release. USA. A British video gamer whose fake call to US police led to the shooting of an innocent man has been spared jail. Robert Walker-McDaid, 28, from Coventry , rang a US terrorism hotline in 2015 claiming he had plastic explosives and hostages. The “swatting” incident led to a Swat (special weapons and tactics) police unit being sent to the home of Tyran Dobbs, who was shot with plastic bullets. Walker-McDaid had posed as Mr Dobbs, who was shot in the face and chest and suffered severe life-changing facial injuries. Walker-McDaid is the first person in the UK to be charged over “swatting”, according to the Crown Prosecution Service , which worked with the US Department of Justice and the FBI. He earlier admitted perverting the course of justice and was sentenced at Warwick Crown Court on Friday to 20 months in prison suspended for 18 months. He was also ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work and pay compensation of £1,000 to Mr Dobbs. Zachary Lee, of Catsonville, Maryland, in the US, had met Walker-McDaid while playing video games. He messaged him saying he needed “someone swatted”. Lee, who was jailed for two years in 2018 for his role in the crime, shared Mr Dobbs’ address with Walker-McDaid, who then called a Maryland terrorism hotline posing as Mr Dobbs. He told emergency services he was armed, was holding three people captive and had several bombs readied. He claimed he would execute the first hostage “within 15 minutes” unless he received 15,000 dollars (£12,000) in cash. The Swat team then went to the address believing the threat to be real. #whitecrimesmatter #whitesupremacyisterrorism #whitepeoplebelike #blm #domesticterrorism #whiteonwhitecrime #explorepage #dintdonuffin #whitegold #whitepeoplebelike #karensgonewild #karen #whiteboysummer #predator #childabuse #domesticviolence #trump #trump2024 #menofgod

Boone County, West Virginia. A mother has been arrested in connection with a 14-year-old girl’s death, according to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies report they were dispatched to a home in the Morrisvale area of Boone County on Wednesday, April 17, in relation to the cardiac arrest of a teenager. The teen’s mother, Julie Miller, was arrested and charged with child neglect, resulting in death. The criminal complaint states the teenager’s body was “emaciated to a skeletal state.” In an interview with the 14-year-old’s grandmother, deputies found out the teen had not been outside the house more than two times in the last four years and has not attended school since late 2019, early 2020. Deputies described the teen’s appearance as “shocking.” According to the criminal complaint, the grandmother reports the child had not been able to function on her own in a reported four to five days due to her physical state. Deputies stated the child’s mother, Julie Miller, failed to get her daughter any medical treatment for the last four years. Further information has not been released. This is a developing story. #whitecrimesmatter #whitesupremacyisterrorism #whitepeoplebelike #blm #domesticterrorism #whiteonwhitecrime #explorepage #dintdonuffin #whitegold #whitepeoplebelike #karensgonewild #karen #whiteboysummer #predator #childabuse #domesticviolence #trump #trump2024 #menofgod #femicide

Bucks County, Pennsylvania. A man has been arrested for allegedly trying to rape a woman, then kidnap her from the parking lot of a grocery store in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Forty-one-year-old Daniel Pierson, of Yardley, is facing more than a half dozen charges. The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Redner’s store in Middletown Twp. According to the district attorney’s office, the victim told police she had parked her truck near the back of the parking lot. Almost immediately after getting out, she said a man grabbed her from behind. The victim said she screamed and tried to get away but could not break the man’s grip. During the struggle, the victim said her attacker, identified by authorities as Pierson, pulled down her pants and punched her in the face. The suspect lifted the woman up and moved toward his truck, but the victim said she continued to scream, which scared off her attacker. The woman gave police a description of the vehicle her attacker was using and officers were able to track it down to a home in Bristol Township. Pierson, who is known to police as a methamphetamine user, was arrested on Wednesday night after he left the home while driving another vehicle. He is now being held on $1 million bail. #whitecrimesmatter #whitesupremacyisterrorism #whitepeoplebelike #blm #domesticterrorism #whiteonwhitecrime #explorepage #dintdonuffin #whitegold #whitepeoplebelike #karensgonewild #karen #whiteboysummer #predator #childabuse #domesticviolence #trump #trump2024 #menofgod

Houston, Texas. A Houston-area couple is in custody, accused of taking thousands of dollars from home renovation clients and never finishing the work. Aleck Steven Miller, 55, and Andrea Pierce Miller, 52, were contracted to complete home renovation projects across Katy, Friendswood, Sugar Land and Cypress. Investigators say the couple pocketed tens of thousands of dollars in payments for the work, and the jobs were never completed. According to clients KPRC 2 spoke with, the Millers stopped responding to concerned homeowners and even came up with outlandish excuses to explain not completing the work, including telling clients that Aleck had a heart attack. In reality, detectives discovered the couple was spending big at multiple casinos across the country. Andrea Miller works as a teacher in Katy Independent School District. The district confirmed she was a Career and Technical Education teacher at Martha Raines Academy. Katy ISD released a statement regarding the situation Thursday: “Upon learning of the allegations that are unrelated to the district, the individual has not been returned to the classroom or campus. The district is addressing this as a personnel matter,” the statement read. Ria and Rohan Krishna say they are two of the Millers’ victims. Aleck was hired to install a covered patio and extra driveway lane at their Friendswood home last October. After the Krishnas invested $18,000 into the project, their driveway was left unfinished and in complete disarray. A concrete crew came to work for a couple days but stopped when their check from Millers bounced. (Continued in the comments)

Larimer County, Colorado. Over a year after a 28-year-old Colorado man was tased by a sheriff’s deputy in the middle of Interstate 25 and then struck and killed by a motorist, that man’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit Tuesday morning against the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office. They say the deputy was responsible for Brent Thompson’s death and the trauma experienced by the family in the car that struck him, as well as putting that family and other motorists in danger. “Thompson’s death is a tragedy and it’s a tragedy we’ve seen far too many times in Colorado; a person dying at the hands of law enforcement’s reckless actions,” Ciara Anderson, an attorney at the civil rights law firm Rathod Mohanedbhai LLC, told CBS News Colorado on Tuesday. Larimer County sheriff’s deputies stopped Thompson around 9:15 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2023 near Mountain Vista Drive in northeastern Fort Collins for an expired license plate registration. When questioned by deputies, Thompson gave them a fake name. When the deputies realized that wasn’t Thompson’s name and determined his real identity, they confronted him about that and got him out of the car. One patted Thompson down to check for weapons; and after finding none, Thompson ran away. Larimer County Sheriff’s Deputy Lorenzo Lujan and Corporal Matthew Bordewick chased Thompson as he ran across the shoulder and onto I-25. In body-worn camera footage of the incident, Lujan shouts, “you’re gonna get tased! Stop!” After Thompson jumps over a guardrail and onto the highway, Lujan shocks him with a Taser. Thompson falls down in one of the northbound lanes, and then, Lujan notices a vehicle coming at them and runs out of the way while shouting expletives. At the time, Bordewick appears to try to signal the car with his flashlight, but within about six seconds, the car runs over Thompson, bodycam footage shows. (Continued in the comments)

Arapahoe County, Colorado. After 71-year-old caretaker, Gerilynn “Lynn” Amaro, was caught on video abusing a mentally disabled man which led to her arrest, her husband and daughter were taken into custody on Thursday in connection to the incident. In February, a video that was obtained by CBS News Colorado showed Gerilynn abusing the 55-year-old man, named Oscar, who reportedly is developmentally disabled and operates at the level of a 5 to 8-year-old child. Gerilynn was the man’s legal caretaker and has had legal custody over him since his father died 11 years ago. “You do your squats and you do them right, now!” Gerilynn was heard screaming at the man. “Get your f——g arms down,” she yelled at one point. “If I see you do this again, I’m going to break your arms.” The video shows Gerilynn knocking Oscar off his feet several different times. She was then arrested on six felony charges. The videos, which were turned over to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office in January, led investigators to Gerilynn’s arrest on Feb. 7. They were recorded by one of Gerilynn’s daughters, Melissa Crawford, 48, who stayed at her parent’s Strasburg home from September 2023 until last month. She said she secretly recorded the videos on her cellphone in mid-December as she said the alleged abuse of the man was unrelenting. Crawford told CBS News Colorado that she decided to do something because she thought Oscar might die in the home. She said it was “horrible” to give investigators the evidence that would lead to her mother’s arrest. (Continued in the comments)
