I guess this is some form of mixed media art? 😅 In November I made a Simpsons TV from a raspberry pi 3, and frustratingly had to teach myself how to solder and code, and burn dvds to the correct format. The quality of @umi_tochi meat was on display today. After what can only be described as the worst cook I have had on the @weberbbqausnz Smokefire with 2 x flame outs (not because of lack of fuel) that took so long to recover and didn’t respond to any of the other tricks I’ve used when it’s happened before, and a spike in temperature that was accompanied by the more smoke than I have ever seen, the Mayura Station sig MS9+ was unbelievable! That’s how you know it’s good meat, even I couldn’t mess it up. Seasoned in @lanesbbqau SPG rub, it was tender and delicious. Now to learn how to make sure it never happens again because that cook had me on edge @theaustralianbrisketboard #whydoesntminelooklikethat
