Hey guys here’s a clip from part of my leg workout. Here’s how it went :
•Warm up and do some dynamic stretching •leg extensions - 4sets 15-20rep
•leg press - 5sets 20 increasing plates per set starting with 2
•squats - 4sets of 12 super set with 20step lunges •laying leg curls - 3sets of 15
