Get up and workkkkk 💪🏽. I posted this on my story and watched it a million times, I still can’t believe this is me. I can be completely honest with you guys the scale hasn’t been moving. I’ve been stuck at 191-195 for 8 weeks now but I’m not mad, I’ve gotten strong asf and I’ve never looked this thin before 👀💪🏽. The scale doesn’t matter to me anymore as long as I’m hitting my weights every week and my body looks THIS GOOD 🤯🥳, then I’m happy and it’s worth it. The point is the scale will bring you down every damn time so don’t let it, just look forward to the non scale victories those are the best 🤩. This journey is hard as hell and things won’t go your way all the time just keep your head up and don’t give up !!!! It’s worth it, I promise ❤️
