Everything we do is a choice. We prioritize everything whether we are willing to admit it to ourselves or not. We even prioritize our health. I’m guilty of it too. I’m not pointing fingers or making judgement here! Because I did it too!! But when you ask me how I was able to make the changes in my life that were necessary to lose 80 lbs I’ll say it was because I made the choice to make my health the priority. I stopped accepting mediocrity for myself. I stopped just getting by. I stopped saying I can’t even when I wasn’t sure how exactly I was going to make it work.
