Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken<br />Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Delight<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs<br />1 teaspoon garlic salt<br />1 teaspoon paprika<br />1 teaspoon pepper<br />3 cloves garlic, minced<br />3 tablespoons olive oil<br />1 pound baby potatoes, halved<br />1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese<br />Parsley, for garnish<br /><br />Directions:<br /><br />In a small bowl, mix the garlic salt, paprika, and pepper. Sprinkle half of this seasoning mix over the chicken thighs.<br />Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs, skin-side down, and sear until golden, about 2 minutes.<br />In another bowl, combine the remaining seasoning mix with the minced garlic and the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss the halved baby potatoes in this mixture.<br />Place the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
