Sheโs been his #1 fan since the beginning and continues to beโฆsacrifice doesnโt even begin to describe it but the love that a Mother has for her children canโt be measured. Witnessing the love and support Layne has had since the first time he picked up a baseball and seeing him finish out his High School career with some of his best friends by his sideโฆtruly there arenโt words. Being able to witness his family who have showed up since the very beginning and love in such abundance. One thing is for certain, heโs never lacked support or love and they have so much to give, and have loved on so many others as if they were theirs, including my very own. On my way home last night I thought about the boys playing together the very 1st year of little league. Layne & Gavin were on the same team and being coached by his dad, Ryan. All I could think of was how incredibly proud he must be of his familyโฆof his kids, of Stefanieโฆof everyone. Thank goodness for the stormy weather, it sort of went with the feelings inside and wish my eyes had windshield wipers too. It takes a village and his people have always been constant. So even though these pictures are just of us, the real picture is that this kid has had a HUGE tribe of loving people behind him every step of the way and will continue to as he heads on his next venture playing in college.
