6 things I do that old me would cringe at, But I can confidently do today : 🌕 Putting myself on social media. I would never post anything about me because it would affect the way I was seeing my worth. 🌕 Showing myself without make up on. No way I would have gone out without make up on before. Or show my partner my blank face 😂 🌕 I wear shorts. There was definitely a hate relationship with my legs. To the point I would wear trousers still in hot weather. 🌕 I hug my people. Coming from Belgium, I find that we don't hug so I was never comfortable into it. When I came to London, everyone hugs here instead of kissing on the cheek like I'm used to. So I kinda had to adopt how it works and funny enough, I absolutely love having a hug now. 🌕 I say I love you and show appreciation. It was always very hard to say it for me, felt like a weakness. Until I realised that, showing my feelings shows how strong I am and it can change everything for the person you say it too. I love to see people's face when I do. 🌕 I run. Not for pleasure 😂 But for the bus, for the green light, to be on time somewhere. I would prefer to miss the bus instead of running because I was so scared to be stared at and looked as weak because yeah, I had to run. Now I can do it confidently because I don't value others people's judgement. I have also been working so much on myself from a place of very low confidence. This is why I now work with women to help them grow it too because we all deserve to feel freaking amazing about ourselves!! Which one would you love to improve for yourself?
