Fall 2020 ⏩️ Spring 2024 New baby on the way, and 3 littles 5 and under… A lot can change in 3.5 years and it really has. Maybe not outwardly, but internally. Me and my gut are healthier than it’s ever been. My mindset is better than it’s ever been. I’ve learned so much about myself, the kids, mason, relationships, mindset, how to cope with things, how to juggle 3 kids and a business, how to really listen to God and what he’s telling me… there’s been lots of trials and lessons learned. Transformations aren’t always about weight loss, sometimes it’s simply FEELING good that leads to learning more about yourself and being able to better yourself. It's an expression of love, a way to say, "I care about you." When I cook a hearty dinner and gather my loved ones around the table, I'm not merely putting food on their plates; I'm fueling their bodies and nourishing their hearts and souls. It's a time we reconnect, share stories from our day, and strengthen our bond. It's a reminder that, in this fast-paced world, we still have the time and space to come together and cherish each other's company. I started because coffee and sodas weren’t helping anymore. I was drinking so many a day and still had no energy. I started because I saw a friend living a better lifestyle - and I wanted that. I didn’t plan on joining another NWM opportunity. I had been burned before and didn’t want that again. When I tried these 3 steps and it solved my biggest problem - I knew I loved the product and was going to share it.
