👀 La Torre Mihanovich, ubicada en Arroyo 841, volvió este año a alojar a un hotel cinco estrellas tras siete años cerrado. Verdadero ícono de la arquitectura porteña, se convirtió en el hotel @casaluciabuenosaires, perteneciente a un grupo empresario de origen español que administra otros cinco hoteles en España y que le alquiló el edificio por 20 años a la familia Bencich. 👉🏻 La construcción original debe su nombre a quien lo proyectó: el empresario naviero de origen austrohúngaro Nicolás Mihanovich, fundador de la compañía de navegación que llevaba su nombre hacia comienzos del siglo XX y que fue la primera en unir regularmente Buenos Aires con las ciudades uruguayas de Colonia y Carmelo y cruzar el Río de la Plata con pasajeros. 👉🏻 El edificio fue proyectado por los arquitectos Héctor Calvo, Arnoldo Jacobs y Rafael Giménez en 1925 y construido por los hermanos Miguel y Massimiliano Bencich. La apertura fue en 1928, y entre ese año y principios de 2000 funcionó como un edificio de viviendas porque los Bencich (que lo habían comprado en 1929 cuando Mihanovich murió) jamás lo subdividieron; siempre quedó como un bien de la familia. Luego se hizo la gran obra de remodelación que permitió que se transforme en hotel. Así, fue Sofitel hasta 2017 y luego se cerró. 👉🏻 De estilo ecléctico historicista, la propiedad está inspirada en la cúpula del Mausoleo de Halicarnaso, en Asia Menor. La voluntad de Mihanovich era construir el edificio más alto de Buenos Aires, superando al Palacio Barolo, pero la Intendencia no se lo permitió. Además de ser un faro para el barrio de Retiro, tiene una grandilocuencia que lo hace único: está conformado por tres bloques, dos de ellos -de seis pisos de altura- dan hacia el frente de Arroyo. Y el tercero es la torre. در بازار سرپوشیده #بخارا در #ازبکستان، میخواهم از چهره زنان عکس بگیرم، که بیشترشان مخالفت میکنند. برخی به شوخی میگویند، شویم مرا میکشد، یا شویم مرا کتک میزند. همینطور چرخ میزنم تا فیروزه خانم، همسفر فرهیخته ام که استاد دانشگاه در رشته مدیریت بازرگانیست را می بینم. میگویم کمی سخت است از چهره زنها عکاسی کنم. میرویم کنار زنی که فقط گردو و مویز میفروشد. فیروزه از او مویز میخرد، زن اما اجازه عکاسی به من نمیدهد و میگوید؛ شویم میکشد، و میخندد. "گلجهان" که کمی آنطرف تر نشسته من را صدا میکند و میپرسد ؛ چه میکنی؟ میگویم که عکاسم و میخواهم از چهره شما زنهای بخارا عکاسی کنم. میگوید: کو ببینم! چند عکسی نشانش میدهم. ظرفش را پر گردو می کند و به سمت من میگیرد، به پهنای صورت میخندد و با لهجهی شیرین تاجیکی میگوید؛ از من عکس بگیر، من شویم مرده، آزادم، هر چقدر میخواهی عکس بگیر و به زن فروشنده کنار دستش اشاره میکند که ؛ "گلرو" شویش زنده است، او را میکشد! و بلند بلند هر دو میخندند. پسر " گلرو " که بعد از فروش مویز به فیروزه، ایستاده تا بخش زیادی از پول ها را از مادرش بگیرد هم می خندد! چند عکس از " گلجهان" میگیرم. میخواهم بروم که میگوید، بیا مرد. برمیگردم. دستم را میگیرد و پر از مویز و گردو میکند. میگوید خوش آمدی به بخارا. گردو و مویز بخارا را بخور، راضیام، راضیام. و شروع میکند با "گل رو" سر شوخی و خنده را باز میکند. خداحافظی میکنم و با فیروزه میرویم. قدری که دور میشویم، دلم طاقت نمیآورد. خندههای " گلجهان" را هنوز میشنوم. برمیگردم و از او یک کیلو مویز میخرم. حسابی به من تخفیف میدهد. دوباره دستم را میگیرد و گردو در آن میریزد و میگوید راضیام، خوش آمدی به بخارای شریف... و "گلجهان" میشود یکی از مهربانترین زنهایی که در جهان دیدهام. و ممنونم فیروزه عزیز، برای به وجود آوردن امکان گرفتن این عکس. #bukhara_photos #bukhara #photo_ by_ mehrdad_oskouei #withgalaxy #عکس_از_مهرداداسکویی #بخارا #بخارای_شریف #علی_دهباشی
