Allie focuses on lifestyle branding and packaging in the hospitality and lifestyle realm. A Boston native, Allie grew her love for design and adventure, going to school in the mountains of New Hampshire and then living abroad in Rome, Italy, as a tour guide. She has spoken for Adobe Live, won a Bronderson Award, and has been featured in Maine Home and Design, Logo Lounge, and the Portland Press Herald. Usually, you can find her working on nostalgia filled brands, creating a beer label, plotting a Maine glamping trip, or planning her next Euro Adventure. 1980s fiber art: Coletta Martin. Sewn felt, 1985, signed and dated, 20 x 20 inches. Available Coletta Martin (1923-2013) studied at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, and created bold, large-scale paintings and fabric collages. Her work was included in the 1974 exhibition "AIGA/Color" at the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, and a solo exhibition was held at the Cincinnati Art Museum in 1975. He is also the Research Director for the Exit to Community Collective which facilitates ownership transitions and new exit strategies. Previously, Danny worked with various community-owned 🛠 digital tools, including Up & Go, a booking platform for home & office services in New York. He was also the Lead Researcher at Turning Basin Labs, where he trained teams of applied researchers on workforce development and economic mobility. He also created the Ownership Model Canvas with the co-op accelerator Start.coop, a tool to align business purpose with ownership design. 👤 Humphrey Obuobi (@hoctopi) Humphrey has a background rooted in technology, design, and community organizing, with experience working for IDEO CoLab, Google, and Recidiviz. He earned his 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering at harvard 🏫 and is currently a Graduate Student Researcher at UC California Berkeley's @goldmanschool where he is a Master of Public Policy candidate. Continuing our Diversity Month spotlights, we're highlighting product designer, Sravanti Vitta Sanjay (@dramaartic)! Sravanti is a seasoned full-stack designer, the Chapter lead of LadiesThatUX DC and an ADPList Mentor with 8+ years of experience in the creative industry. Sravanti's career has seen her work across different disciplines, from founding a multidisciplinary creative studio to working in both government and corporate landscapes. She is a self-professed glutton for vibrant visual design, experimental experience design and doodle art. Vitta’s artwork has been displayed in two art galleries and she is humbled to have her work featured in Cosmopolitan, PackagingoftheWorld, TheyDrawAndTravel, and LocalLabs. As a product designer, she strives to make her designs inclusive and has worked on multiple award winning prototypes and studies for accessibility. She advocates for accessible and inclusive design and is always curious to invent products that bring people closer to tech.
