Начиная с первых проектов, мастерплана района Остоженка и здания Международного московского банка, Александр Скокан - идейный вдохновитель многих работ Бюро. ⠀ У Скокана есть несколько престижных регалий: член-корреспондент РААСН, академик Международной Академии архитектуры (IAA), лауреат Государственной премии России

Поэтому когда появились квартиры с потолками 2,85 м, это оказалось своего рода достижением ⠀ Сейчас: Приемлемой высотой потолка сегодня в квартире считается 3 м. Существует в Москве одно интересное, красивейшее здание - особняк Рябушинского 🏛 построенное талантливым и знаменитым архитектором Шехтелем. Вся структура в этом доме подчинена символам мироустройства. Завитки уличной ограды напоминают бегущие волны 🌊переплеты окон и входной решетки уподоблены извивающимся побегам или растущему дереву🌱а в балконной решетке можно уловить мотив рыбьей чешуи. Идейным центром особняка является парадная лестница "Волна" - символ постоянного движения человека, она напоминает, что жизнь вышла из воды на землю, чтобы потом возвести человека на небеса 🌌 к Богу. Лестница как некий путь возвышения души. Внизу подводный мир, бездна и чем выше, тем ближе мы к солнцу ☀️ Из мира подводного 💦мы поднимаемся по лестнице в мир земной 🌎 а на земле бесконечное противостояние добра и зла. Особенное значение имеет узкая галерея, она означает, что путь у добру узок и тернист. Дальше по лестнице можно подняться к высшим духовным ценностям - в старообрядческую молельню ⛪️ Каждая комната особняка обладает собственной эстетической ценностью. Уникальна каждая деталь интерьера: ручки дверей, паркет, выложенный под рыбью чешую или с волнообразной каймой, колонна с лилиями 🌷и саламандрами в капители, обои с наскальными рисунками - все создаёт чувство единения с миром природы 🍀 Смогли бы вы жить в таком пространстве? 🤔

Ура ура! Мы наконец-то сходили в Музей русского импрессионизма на территории бывшего завода Большевик. Ходила улыбалась и чувствовала гордость за коллег, приложивших свои руки, умы и силы к этому проекту. Профессия архитектора очень классная, но как же долго ждать и одновременно непередаваемо мощно видеть результат. • Посетители разглядывали картины, а мы, конечно, сначала тоже, но потом - «Нравится напольное покрытие? Тихое, правда? Только от зимней обуви скрипит немного... О, смотри у нависающих перегородок стык не так пришел, там где выступ, странно. Как думаешь, это вытяжка задекорирована? А это линейный извещатель? Поэтому в колонне отверстие, наверное..Да, точно, вон отражатель висит!» 😅🙈 У архитектора и инженера свои развлечения. • Сейчас идет временная выставка «Жены», и в карусели можно увидеть очередь на улице. Музей небольшой, поэтому простоять можно больше часа.
