I've been working on a book called "Dream Life" where I've forced myself to sit down and think hard about what I've done to create the MASSIVE changes in my life to get to where I am now. I've realized that i've always felt like any area of life that I wasn't happy about, I could change. And I'm so grateful for that mindset that I've had since I was a kid! Without that, I think I'd be depressed and a shell of myself. For example, there was a time in life when I was really unhappy and uncomfortable with my how I felt in my body - and I figured out how to change that finally and for good. There was also a time when I felt like I didn't really have ANY good friends or even a community of ppl I felt connected to-and I worked really hard to change that. There was a longggg period of my life where I hated my work - and even though it meant going against the advice of everyone I knew and doing what most people would call "stupid" - I had to get really intentional about designing a career that I was happy about, and making that successful instead of. just following the traditional path.
