Just had my final studio session featuring the bed loved everything about this beautiful maternity session. While I'll continue to offer a bed option for my boudoir clients, the growing number of larger families visiting the studio for newborn sessions necessitated a change. I'm excited about the upcoming transformation of my space with the addition of a striking camel-colored leather sofa, replacing the bed. This stylish update will undoubtedly rejuvenate the studio's aesthetic. Rest assured, all the beloved accessories, including the pillows, throws, and other décor, will remain in place. (1) Col Balme on the French-Swiss border, looking into France and the beautiful Aguilles Rouges area. July wildflowers. (2) from near Grand col du St.Bernard (Swiss-Italian border), but looking towards Grand col du Ferret on the Swiss-French border and one of the bigger climbs on the TDMB route. We still have some spots left for motherhood mini’s on May 5th and holy moly i’m so stoked for it — This wil be year two of @via.flora.flowers and I teaming up to do these motherhood and floral focused sessions at @whiteaspencreative and I can honestly say they’re becoming my favorite photos to take. Having a dedicated space to focus on photos with just mama’s and their kiddos feels so good. Don’t get me wrong, I do think photos with everyone in the family matters! I started these sessions when I would have moms thank me at their family sessions after I would suggest a photo with just them and their kids, because they rarely had any. While selfies are great, years later I want you and your kids to remember photos just with mom. It matters 💖 Oh and this year, we have a film add on AND the option to add on a locally grown bouquet by @via.flora.flowers — it’s going to be so so sweet. See you there?! Today marks three weeks of being on maternity leave! This recovery after delivery has been rough and I’ve never been more thankful for a husband who does literally everything for us girls so that I can focus on healing and our sweet Indie. Remi is absolutely loving being a big sister and I am just in awe of the constant care she shows. Our family feels so complete. If you know me, you know I am the biggest busy body. A day full of driving around and doing errands or meeting up with 5 different people is a dream for me. Taking this time to slow down has been a challenge. I’m thankful for this job and its flexibility, but I also can’t WAIT to get back out there and photograph all my beautiful couples and people. It’s one of my favorite areas in Oregon for so many reasons! The fresh coastal air, surfing in secluded spots, kayaking in estuaries where the sea meets the river, biking along the seashore, and sooo much more! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Oregon Coast is split up into three different regions and they definitely have their own unique vibes. Read below for more info about each area!👇🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🏄♀️NORTHERN OREGON COAST - the famous Cannon Beach and Haystack Rock are what makes this area popular. It’s a quick drive from Portland to enjoy the coastal towns! There are several other spots for elopements that aren’t as busy too! 🌊CENTRAL OREGON COAST - massive cliff sides, sand dunes, and historic lighthouses make this area special. You can even go mushroom 🍄 hunting in the fall months and go crabbing 🦀 too! 🌲SOUTHERN OREGON COAST - the most remote of all the coastal regions. This gives you minimal crowds, solitude, and it’s very close to the magical Redwoods! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Whatever you’re dreaming I’ll help you figure out the best location for your vision.✨I’ve been exploring the area for about 20 years now and have found all the best spots!
