So I haven't posted on here about me doing anything for weight loss, but I'm down 67lbs so far and still have a long way to go. But I learned a valuable lesson yesterday about hydration. Had a little scare at the Baseball Field. Dizzy and Nauseous. I'm good now, but I'm pre-loading fluids for today while I do a little work. 2 Pedialytes and a smart water in already since 6am.
