It was truly a highlight of my life to be asked to make a cake and cookies for the @rockersonbroadway 30th anniversary concert, honoring the great @melissa_etheridge! This was an especially special moment for me, as they were also celebrating the 30th anniversary of The Who’s TOMMY on Broadway, one of my favorite shows (and biggest obsessions) ever. One of the most memorable scenes in the show is Dawn reading off of a guest check her eccentric dating profile for the first time, before folding that check up and putting it in her apron. Did you know the dating profile is actually written down on the prop with a guest check photocopy on the other side? A new one is used every night.
