BvS Batfleck head swaps One head swap I was particularly interested in as I haven't seen anyone else do it is the unmasked Justice League head. Its not perfect due to the neck being too thick because the neck of the cowl is very wide on the BvS suit. But that being said it gets away with it and makes for a great unmasked look for this figure! A popular combination is this body with the head from the Batman movie 6 pack and I can see why! The likeness to Ben Affleck is much better and the head fits on perfectly! However if you really want to dedicate this head to this body you'll need to customize it a bit, removing the extra details from the tactical version of the cowl and repainting it black. But even with those modifications though, due to the shape of the cowl its probably better suited for a JL suit custom rather than a BvS substitute. And finally just to see if it was any better, the BvS head on The Flash version's body. It's definitely a better head but it doesn't really elevate the look of the figure for me. Abrams new series! *This legit looks like the adult noir BTAS type of animated show I’ve wanted for years and now it’s REAL AND TEN EPISODES ON DAY ONE… YESSS! The artstyle is very clean yet also not weirdly cartoony like the DC animated films with the “TomorrowVerse” Archer-esque look (I never hated it but it got boring fast). Mit einem richtig spannenden Finalspiel, das erst im Elfmeterschießen die Auswahlmannschaft aus Hessen 🥇 für sich entscheiden konnte, endete gestern Nachmittag die „Deutsche Meisterschaft im Fußball für Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung“ in unserem Sander Seestadion ⚽️🏆 Platz🥈ging an die ebenso toll spielende Mannschaft aus Sachsen-Anhalt und Platz🥉sicherte sich Brandenburg. Unsere Auswahlmannschaft aus Bayern belegte am Ende einen hervorragenden 4. Turnierplatz und feierte ihr Abschneiden bei der großen Siegerehrung auf unserem Hauptspielfeld zusammen mit allen teilnehmenden Mannschten🏟️🙌🏼🥳 Die Siegerehrung wurde durch Landrat Wilhelm Schneider, einer Vertreterin des BVS sowie unserem 1. Bürgermeister und Schirmherr des Turniers Jörg Kümmel durchgeführt 👏🏼 Als Erinnerung an die schönen Tage bei uns in Sand a. Main, überreichte unser 1. - Stronger than ever - ---------------------‐---------------------------------------- I just got this Mezco Superman thanks to @the_hutt_customs so big thanks to him for the hook up! . Well recently the new Superman suit for James Gunns Superman movie was unveiled and I have some thoughts but let me preface by saying: I really like the suit, a lot actually and after sitting on it the more it’s grown on me. It’s looks like an amalgamation of multiple suits throughout Superman’s history, I see some New 52, very obviously Kingdome Come with the S Shield, and some classic with the trunks. I don’t like how thick the sleeves look, Superman doesn’t need any extra armor, he’s the god damn Man of Steel. It reminds me a lot of the CW Superman suit by Tyler Hoechlin, which isn’t a bad thing I love that suit too. However, the presentation I think was done very poorly. I think the angle and the choice of background was odd, makes it seem like Superman wasn’t in a hurry to save the people you know? It felt a lot like that one Alex Ross art of Supes sitting in the chair so I get the inspiration but it doesn’t quite reflect the same way. I will also say this to the Snyder fans out there, Cavill had his time wearing the cape, it’s very unfortunate he was done dirty by a shitty company, but it’s only fair David is given a fair shot at the Man of Steel, this was just a tease after all. Remember how skeptical people were of the Pattinson Batsuit? And how loved it is now? It’s really not that deep. David and the team have huge boots to fill. Give them a chance, we haven’t seen any footage or anything extra, I’m still extremely excited for this project and I can’t wait to see more! Nuff said. . Also side note I do like Henry Cavill’s suits as well but they’re definitely not my favorite, Snyder interpreted the suit as more alien and straight from Krypton which still made sense. I just was never a fan of the design but it’s grown on me A LOT. . Introducing Misha ⭐️ Handsome Misha first came to visit us in February when he was diagnosed with an aggressive tumour of the maxilla (the upper jaw). Misha was referred to us for radiotherapy treatment alongside some chemotherapy, and had 10 fractions, or treatments, of radiotherapy. We are incredibly lucky at BVS to have an amazing 6 megavoltage linear accelerator, helping us provide radiotherapy treatment for patients like Misha. Patients having radiotherapy first need a planning scan, where the patient is positioned exactly as they would be for their treatment, and a CT scan (and sometimes also an MRI scan) is performed. This helps us ensure that their subsequent treatment is always in the same position, and gives the radiation oncologist the parameters to plan the treatment in the most effective way. Once the plan is made, the patient then comes in at regular intervals for treatment. Sometimes this is daily, sometimes a few times a week, and sometimes it’s once a week, depending on the tumour type and aim of treatment. All treatments are under a short general anaesthetic. Misha coped very well with his treatment and the anaesthesia. He did have some side-effects after his treatment, which meant he lost the hair on his face where he had treatment, and some of the pigmentation changed, making his skin darker than it was before. However, he is an incredibly happy boy, and has many admirers in the hospital, especially amongst our oncology and ward nurses.
