好湯好麵 (名店坊) 地址: 銅鑼灣加寧街9-11號名店坊地下B號舖 香濃湯底 🦞 已經好耐無去過名店坊搵食，平日為咗避開放工時間逼地鐵，最近都係去中西區比較多。 今日去嘅餐廳，聽聞係由大圍開過嚟港島。 銅鑼灣分店喺名店坊ものもの正對面，好容易搵。 餐廳無得訂位，只接受walk-in。 餐廳好繁忙，好在早到一步，可以坐到最後一張枱，排後面嘅客人要等位啦。 店舖位置唔大，餐廳用盡每一寸空間，所以會坐得逼啲。 如果行完街，拎住大包細包入嚟食，就會坐得辛苦。 一早睇好menu，基本上唔洗諗已經可以落單😌 棉花雞麵 ($103) 湯麵好足料，有日本雞肉、魚肚、花菇、雲腿絲，真係將成舊棉花雞放哂落湯度😆。哩一款麵就配扁陽春麵。 麵軟硬度適中，有咬口，保持到口感之餘，又唔會太硬身。 湯底好清，但係唔會好淡，清清哋反而唔會蓋過食材本身嘅味道。 調味平和，食落好清爽，食完個口唔會黏黏笠笠。 推薦👍🏻 海龍皇湯麵 ($140) 試埋另一個招牌麵，係海鮮迷必試‼️ 湯麵同樣足料，有蟹肉、蝦、魷魚、帶子、蠔肉。海鮮湯麵底有啲唔同，係配幼身陽春麵。 成個麵最正係個湯底，係好濃嘅龍蝦湯，未開始試已經聞到個香味。 碗麵睇落細細碗，但係食下食下份量都幾多，啲麵夾極都有。 同埋湯底係龍蝦湯，同雞湯麵比較，海鮮湯麵比較膩，配幼身陽春麵好岩，如果唔係食到尾會覺得太滯。 兩個麵都做得唔錯，湯麵無套餐，飲品要另外加。 食完個麵又唔覺得好口渴喎，味精唔重。 如果一定要講的話，唯一缺點只係環境太逼坐得唔舒服。 推薦大家嚟試下，但記得要預留啲時間排隊等位。 評分：★ ★ ★ 環境：★ ★ 食物：★ ★ ★ ★ 服務：★ ★ ★ 衛生：★ ★ ★ #dinner #HaoTangHaoMian #noodles #chicken #fishmaw #mushroom #yunnanham #flatnoodles #crab #prawn #squid #scallop #oyster #thinnoodles #FashionWalk #ClevelandStreet #CausewayBay #foodblogger #foodreview #foodie__smile
