Salut IG, Je profite de ma convalescence pour faire un peu de tri et je retombe sur ces clichés photographiques avec nostalgie. Il y a 14 ans, un soir de Juillet, je lance à mon mari un:" Je reviens, je vais courir" je le vois glousser puis me tacler avec un "t'arriveras pas à la station essence", il avait juste oublier que sa femme était bélier. J'ai couru 22mns sous 30 degrés, sur un bitume de Sud à 19h00, autant dire que c'était un prélude d'idées à la con à venir. De retour de cette sortie, je me retrouve à rechercher sur le Web ce qui allait être mon 1er programme d'entraînement, "Courir 45'.J'enchaînais les séances, avec l'automne qui arrivait et finalement, au bout de 9 semaines, je tenais le temps d'effort voulu.J'étais fière quand même de couper le sifflet à mon mari et à ma famille qui ne m'auraient jamais crûe capable de réaliser un tel exploit. Il faut dire qu'avec mon paquet de cigarettes et mes tasses de café à répétition, je n'étais pas un exemple sportif à suivre, les seuls endroits où j'avais une activité sportive, c'était le samedi soir sur le dancefloor. Mais là, je me prenais au jeu du dépassement de soi, je leur prouvais que je pouvais et par la même occasion à moi aussi.Le temps passant, il me vint au bout d'un an, l'idée de faire le fameux 10kms de mon village que je voyais passer tous les ans sous ma fenêtre sans que je n'imagine une seule fois le courir. 8 semaines plus tard me voilà passer la ligne d'arrivée en 1h11, avec une émotion d'une intensité incomparable, sous une soirée d'été étouffante, soutenue par ceux qui m'avaient donné le goût de l'effort, ma tante et mon oncle.S'en est suivit tout un tas d'idées loufoques qui m'ont emmenées où j'en suis aujourd'hui. Mon mari, ancien coureur a repris la course à pied, ma fille s'y met aussi plus assidûment Je ne désespère pas un jour de voir mon fils nous rejoindre. J'ai entraîné ma sœur et quelques amis dans mes idées à la con et je me dis que finalement, si mon mari ne m'avait pas défier ce jour de Juillet 2010,je n'en serai pas là où j'en suis aujourd'hui.(suite en commentaire)

Back home again after a very refreshing 55 mile bike tour. Left at about 8.30 am was out pedalling for approximately 9 hours. Made a lot of stops today and the local big lakes were looking absolutely beautiful in the morning sun. I also found two lovely brandy glasses and some english police uniform buttons at a rather nice flea market that I happened to pass by. So many stunning views and of course a lot of abandoned houses though almost all of them in very close proximity to inhabited houses so I didn't bother trying to sneak in.. Was für ein Tag 🤩 Abfahrt um 6:45 Uhr bei 4 Grad (hui das war zapfig 🥶) zum Bahnhof. Dann mit dem Zug nach Passau ✌🏼 Traumwetter und perfekte Temperatur im laufe des Tages ☀️ Die Biene hat sich 2x unabsichtlich die Aktivität gespeichert 🤦🏼♀️😂 Ok… wieder neu starten 🙄 Schlussendlich waren es alles in allem ganze 106,66 km 🙌🏻🦾 Und ja… ich hab ein E-Bike. Jedoch wurde OHNE Motor gefahren. Bis auf 3 km bergauf bei den letzten 15 km 😅 Meinen Beinen gehts sehr gut 🙏🏼 Ich glaub ich sterbe dann morgen… beim Trainings-Vormittag für den 12-Stunden-Lauf 😵😂 Jetzt gemütlich entspannen im Whirlpool und Kraft tanken für morgen ✌🏼 #whataday #radfahren #100km #passau #traun #saturday #biking #sunnyday
