Total loss since started tracking 🤩 . . Total loss is -3.2lbs and 6” lost all over, very happy with that so far, as only two weeks in so not to bad going. Weigh in Day 🤩 . . More loss, down 1.6lbs, which I’m happy with, nice consistent and steady weight loss, this way it should be easy to keep off, I’ve still managed to enjoy yummy foods, have a take away and even have lunch out with a friend. Also down -2.2” from around my body, which is why it is important to track this as sometimes you don’t loose weight but can loose inches. Weekend recap @atlanticclassic 2024 🥇🥈 1st place Men’s Bodybuilding – Masters 35+ 2nd place Men’s Bodybuilding – Heavyweight Lots of fun this wkd along many improvements from a year ago. We’re always actively working towards better and having a whole 365 days to do so changed many things mentally and physically. Overall smooth prep in comparison to the last but we’ve had our share of hardships along the way. A big thank you to @marissasampson.fitt for the ongoing support in helping me stay on top of things when it was most needed. I haven’t made it overly easy for her and quite frankly had to check myself at times and not let emotions completely takeover. Fortunately, we are very passionate about what we do which comes with a mutual understanding and many problem solving solutions. Very thankful and grateful. ❤️ A big thank you to my coach @thebigbakerboy for the top tier guidance 3 years now working and 3 shows in. Sweet Chilli Chicken🌶️ Haven’t shared a new recipe in a while, so here’s tonight’s! It was super simple & really good 👌🏼 1 chicken breast 1 tbsp Cornflour 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar 1.5 tbsp of Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsps of Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp of Honey Salt, Pepper & Paprika Rice of your choice (I used Aldi’s Microwave Long Grain Packet) - Coat the chicken in salt, pepper, paprika & cornflour. - Cook in the air fryer on 180 for 15 minutes. - In a pan heat the honey, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce & rice vinegar. - Once the chicken is cooked add to the sauce & make sure it’s coated well. - Serve & enjoy ☺️ #caloriecounting #weightloss #weightlossjourney #caloriedeficit #healthyeating #calories #healthylifestyle #healthyfood #myfitnesspal #fitness #diet #caloriecountinguk #healthy #food #fooddiary #foodie #weightlosstransformation #weightlossmotivation #losingweight #mfp #countingcalories #foodblogger #fatloss #lowcalorie #motivation #healthyliving #feelgoodfebruary

Little wedding update - Rings ordered , bridesmaids asked, surprise booked for ceremony (can’t give it away yet). MOH (my sister) started on Hen 1 planning, dress bought, shoes bought, veil bought. Earings are my nans pearls. Done a rough table plan and a rough decor order too. Photographer booked & videographer requested. DJ also booked & flower girls dresses and hairbands purchased. . Elimination doesn’t equal healthy eating. I understand that there are certain foods that wouldn’t be considered “healthy”. Example : Deep Fried Oreos. Yes. It’s a thing. That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t eat those foods. I’m not saying you should eat like a jackass every single meal of every single day. I do believe that you can consume foods that you truly enjoy every single day. Pay attention to your calorie consumption. If you consume more calories than you burn, you’ll store body fat. If you consume less calories than you burn, that stored body fat gets used effectively. Personally, this took me more than 20 years to come to terms with. So, I understand how difficult this is. You have to make a choice about what you’re willing to eliminate for the outcome you want or need. Like cookies? Eat em. Just don’t eat em to the point you are unhappy with the outcome. Your desired outcome could be enhanced performance, better mental or physical health and how you look. These are all individual choices and nobody has the right to tell you what you can and can not eat. Strive to eat a balanced diet of nutrient dense foods along with some of your favorite choices scattered throughout the day, week or month. What are some of your favorite foods? Fridays daily targets updates 🤩 . . . So calories were under, carbs were over and slightly over on fat and under on protein, but due to little squish ending up with and ear infection and perforated ear drum we ended up getting Chinese takeaway for ease. Breakfast today was a @warburtonsuk teacake with @floraplantbased spread. It was delicious but burnt. Hence, there's no photo 😂🔥 199 calories Lunch was a @birdseyeuk southern fried chicken fillet burger. I used @aldiuk village basket soft white rolls and cheese slice. The rolls are huge and only 125 calories. Served with cucumber and tomato. 380 calories Tea was chicken curry with spicy roasted cauliflower. I wasn't going to have any naan bread, but my daughter left it, so I weighed it, logged it, and scoffed it. Wish I hadn't bothered it was rubbish 😂 625 calories

PANCAKES SALÉS AUX ÉPINARDS ET RICOTTA 🥞 Si vous aimez les crêpes, vous aimerez sans doute les pancakes ! Cette recette a l'avantage d’être accessible à tous et ne demande pas de connaissance particulière en pâtisserie. Bien entendu, les pancakes peuvent être déclinés en différentes recettes selon vos goûts et vos envies.🥞 INGRÉDIENTS (pour 4 pers) : - 150 g de farine ; - 250 g de yaourt nature ; - 20 g de parmesan râpé ; - 1/2 càc de levure chimique ; - 1 poignée de jeunes pousses d’épinards ; - 100 g de ricotta ; - 2 œufs ; - Huile d’olive ; - Sel, poivre. RÉALISATION : 1. Mélangez la farine, la levure, du sel et du poivre dans un récipient. 2. Ajoutez le yaourt, la ricotta et les œufs, en mélangeant bien jusqu'à obtenir une pâte bien lisse. 3. Nettoyez, séchez et hachez les pousses d'épinards. 4. Ajoutez-les à la préparation avec le parmesan râpé. 5. Mélangez bien et laissez reposer 30 minutes. 6. Faites chauffer de l'huile d'olive dans une poêle. Versez une petite louche de pâte et faites cuire le pancake 2-3 minutes de chaque côté. Retirez le pancake de la poêle et répétez l'opération pour cuire les autres pancakes.
