Women are born with a finite number of 🥚eggs. The greatest attrition (drop 📉) of eggs happens BEFORE birth. Eggs remain in a resting state called antral follicles. My new initial pearls are the size of these resting aka antral follicles. At the start of your period, a cohort or group of eggs emerge and from that group, one will grow and ovulate. Even though only one ovulates, women lose the entire cohort of eggs from that cycle. Therefore, in any IVF cycle, my goal is to have synchronized follicles where all the antral follicles are similar in size. Getting follicles to grow together depends NOT on HIGH dosages 💉💉 but on ⭐️ how well the follicles are synchronized ⭐️ how viable the eggs are ⭐️ and most importantly the ratio and stimulation protocol. I made sure, after I was given a fresh start, to pay my bills on time every month!! ⏰⌛️🗓The one credit card I did keep I paid that off each month (I like to earn the points to get gift cards annually to give as Christmas Gifts don’t tell my family 😩😂) or if I had to make a large purchase, I paid more than the minimal payment. . Happy Friday #FinanciallyFitFriends!! A more powerful tool than cash is CREDIT!! Use other people’s money to get assets that appreciate in value to make more money!! To do that you have to keep your credit score high. 📌Paying on time accounts for 35% of your credit score so just by budgeting each month you can do this 📌If you mail a payment in 2 weeks before the close date/next statement date and then again right before the close date it will boost your score faster due to the CREDIT UTILIZATION factor.
