Nell’evoluzione diventa più morbido e caldo, grazie ad una vaniglia legnosa e alla nocciola, che lo rendono più dolce e vellutato, e alla cannella, che dona al profumo una leggera nota speziata. It is simply vicious cause it is delicious. I do not get the raspberry too strongly, it quickly dissopates into a general slight fruitiness with a boozy touch. A fresh mintiness comes through to me, before it settles into what it is: a delicously warm gourmand cacao dream.🍫 Imagine a hot chocolate☕️ smooth cacao melts into caramel vanilla milk. Add just a drop of slightly fruity rum and some spices... tada: you have Vicious Cacao. Sweet, but not too sweet - the bitterness of the cacao balances it out just right.👏🏼 And you know what? It faintly reminds me of Mugler's discontinued Angel Muse EdP! Not a d00p, not by any means, but a distant relation (without the patchouli) with a similar vibe to my nose. Worth a try if you miss your muse like I do👀🩶 It was NOT love at first sniff actually, just a strong like - but by now it has grown to be a favorite. How could it not? The epitome of a cozy cacao cocoon. It lasts well, around 6-7hours. ✨ My #sotd is the beautiful Golden Cocoa by @nourakoumparfumeur for @scenttrunk What a gorgeous scent! I’m fully enamored with this one. When the package arrived yesterday, I immediately sprayed and I got a warm glowy milk chocolate scent. Sweet but definitely not too sweet. Nuanced and very wearable. This morning I sprayed again after it had settled a bit, and a more complex scent was revealed. The opening now had a bright freshness from the pine and spices. Wow, unexpected and lovely! The dry down is the sweeter rounded chocolate scent, again with a delicious warmth accented with rose and honey. I love the contrast between the cooler notes and the warm gourmand ingredients. Absolutely 💯 full bottle worthy for me. If you’re unfamiliar with Scent Trunk, I recommend giving them a try. They use with a wide array of independent perfumers from houses you may have heard of or want to try. Each perfumer is given a material and theme, and has creative freedom in making the perfume. Very respectable! And pricing is extremely good based on the quality. They had a great sale over fragrance week, and I got four of these 5ml travelers. Inspired by the earthiness of a West Coast forest floor, Chocolate Earth was forged out of my childhood memories. In my youth the forest felt sacred to me, and I would often feel it beckoning me into its mystery. When I had the opportunity I would happily wander to the forest, delighted to enter into the realm of whimsy and imagination. The forest was enchanted, dangerous and full of wonderment - a realm where anything was possible. Trees could talk, fairies fluttered about and gnomes were playful and mischievous. Playing among ferns and fungi the mossy forest floor would become my patisserie. By magic my mud pies transformed into chocolate cake that I would gift to my childhood beloveds. This perfume is what I imagined those cakes “baking” in the forest smelled like. CHOCOLATE EARTH A delightful fresh herbal opening then reveals the unique note of earthy mushroom.
