Heute hat in Wien eine neue Nischen Parfümerie eröffnet! @snud.at in der Josefstädter Straße 50 im 8. Bezirk! Das konnte ich mir natürlich nicht entgehen lassen und hab den Nachmittag für einen Besuch genutzt. Das Gründerpaar hat ein schönes und einladendes Geschäft eröffnet das zum verweilen einlädt. Minimalistisch und stilsicher eingerichtet mit einer feinen nicht erschlagenden Auswahl an feinen Düften aus der Nischenwelt. Ich hatte die Freude mich mit einen engagierten sehr freundlichen, fachkundigen Gründer auszutauschen. Ich war mit @trident.scents dort der mich auf die Eröffnung aufmerksam gemacht hat. Danke an dieser Stelle! In Österreich mangelt es ja weiterhin an solchen Parfumerien, und es ist erfreulich das sich hier etwas bewegt. Si assesta quasi subito in un delicato e dolce skin scent. Leggero e sbarazzino. Cherry Powder 🍒: non come me l'aspettavo. Più "powder" che "cherry". Dalle note pensavo ad un cremoso milkshake alla ciliegia. La ciliegia la sento poco e, comunque, è una ciliegia matura che fa solo da contorno a note talcate che la fanno da padrone. Pivoines Printemps (spring peonies) from Maison Lancôme is my peony scent for today. There are only three notes listed for this - rose, peony, and pink pepper. It has just a hint of spiciness in the opening and there is some sweetness lying underneath as well. The florals are fresh and a little green, very reminiscent of a lovely spring morning when the blossoms are just opening up. This is a pretty linear scent and has decent longevity. На ее фоне за последние пару месяцев было куплено сразу несколько разных красивых роз из wish -листа. Rose de Jamal @les_indemodables_officiel - роза яркая и пряная. С лёгкой гераниевой горчинкой. Плотная настолько, что можно решать ножом как масло. И при этом летящая по ветру, как тонкий шифоновый шарф. Красота 🥰 Lyric Man @amouageofficial - благородная бордовая роза в дыму ладана. Здесь, напротив, аромат цветов лишён сладости или маслянистости - много воздуха и даже зелени. Прозрачный и холодный запах роз, в дыму благовоний и тонким специевым фоном. Если женский (у меня в экстракте) требует определенного настроя, погоды и т.п., то здесь - безусловная красота вне времени и условностей лично для меня ❤️ Rose de Chine @tomfordbeauty я разносила когда он появился. А это была зима. И ещё удивлялась себе, что нашелся пион, в котором мне комфортно. Не тут-то было 🤦Сейчас, в теплом весеннем воздухе, аромат стартует роскошным букетом розовых махровых пионов, а я пару часов не знаю, как это пережить. Под ними очень красивая роза. На мне сладковатая, кремово-пудровая. Очень благородная. Но как пережить пионы 😳??? Внезапно розным для меня стал Rossopompeiano @agathoparfum. Мы впервые встретились с ним в 2019 году, и тогда это было жаркое пряное месиво, которое обжигало, но грело. Сейчас его причесали, и это красивая история про кремово-помадную розу с марципановым миндалем, шершавой горчинкой гальбанума и теплой древесно-амбровой базой, чуть подслащенной темной стручковой ванилью. В нем стало меньше огня и хаоса, но появилась структура, логика и ☝️ воздух. Коробки-ларцы с фресками и нестандартные крышки меня покорили ещё в 2019 году 🔥

Forget about the overpriced extraits and the elusive, yet still imperfect, EDTs of Bois des Iles. None of them harbor any real Mysore sandalwood anyway. Egoiste is the best non-sandal sandalwood fragrance on the market, and it’s also reasonably priced and housed in a great bottle. It has the best sillage and is sheer, making it perfect for a woman, regardless of what the label says. Egoiste touches all the right spots, being a touch warm, a touch spicy, and a touch sweet. Egoiste is a haptic smell. Каждый раз они отличаются лишь полунамеком, лёгким штрихом, незначительным акцентом. И всегда - роскошью оформления флакона. Это красиво, не спорю. Но я люблю «flacon fleuri», напоминающий очертания изгибов женского тела. Подумать только, больше 160 лет назад Жак Герлен вдохновлялся роскошными формами великолепной Сары Бернар. Тот же самый прием через 80 лет повторит Марсель Роша в своем знаменитом флаконе- амфоре для великолепного шипра Эдмона Рудницка Femme. Только музой его будет уже другая актриса - американка Мэй Уэст.
Christian Dior Oud Rosewood 🌺🪵 A straightforward and uncomplicated scent with a subtly sweet opening before settling into that animalic and leathery base. Oud Rosewood fits the narrative of a raging bull that has successfully been captured by a matador, the wearer. This is portrayed with the animalic nature of it. I also find it sensual if you have the heart for it. I did not understand the scent as I had the expectation of a classic rose & Oud combination. The rose in this got less attention with it embedded into a leathery bubble that has made me appreciate animalism in fragrances. It’s not overbearing or a heavy scent if you enjoy the scent profile. This bottle was kindly gifted by my friend @rosalie_perfumes 😌 What are your thoughts on this one if you have tried? 🤔

Happy May Day!!! 🌱 Традиция парфманьяков всего мира - доставать в этот день самые красивые парфюмерные ландыши. У меня это ландыши от Жан Поль Герлена - Muguet 1999 edition и Aqua Allegoria Lilia Bella (судя по коду 2006 года). Ландыш канонический. Более мягкий, прозрачный. Раннее утро в саду. На мясистых листьях капельки росы. В них преломляются первые рассветные лучи. Крохотные белые бубенчики пахнут нежно и тонко. Они ещё помнят прохладу ночи. И свет звёзд. Эльфийский аромат, который придумал и собрал гениальный Жак Герлен 🤍 AA Lilia Bella - тоже утренний ландыш. Но уже без эльфийской сказки. Это вполне земная композиция. Ландыши и сирень. Уже немного отдают металлом. Но все ещё хранят утреннюю прохладу. Фоном - история о ежегодных лимитках Muguet Guerlain из чудесной книги Laurence Benaim «Paris: Capital of Guerlain». Всячески рекомендую - прекрасное издание 👍
