Because I forgot to post and I’ve been so busy…On October 29th 2023, it was announced that I am now the Regional Core Lead for Guest Relations (I was offered a week prior before it was announced) ❤️💙 I remember starting with the company on September 9th 2021 as an Attraction Hostess in Galaxy’s Edge for my Disney Internship ✨ Six months later, I was offered a position with Guest Relations 🏰 Six months after, I was chosen to be a lead of Guest Relations but I wasn’t able to get my training until three months after due to the high demand of training of casts coming into our department 🥹 After 8 months since being offered lead or 5 months after I finally got the training and was signed off to lead; the Guest Relations and Main Street Stage Managers had elected me to be the Central Support Core Lead for Guest Relations 🥰 And now I have been elected as the Regional Core Lead for Guest Relations after 7 months 🤩 Basically what a Regional Core lead does is that we’re really the face of Guest Relations of the operation 🏰 As the Regional Core lead, I am there to partner with other lines of business in resolving operational issues. I am also the one who’s there managing my casts, partnering with other lines of business in solving operations concerns, and resolving issues that may lie in other lines of business while ensuring the operation is running smoothly and efficiently ✨ Now as a core lead, I will oversee the operation in the field of the guest information locations, implement operational changes when needed, and help support and provide feedback and guidance to my other fellow leads as well as cast members 🎆 As a core lead, we are known as the experts of the operation 👩🏻💻 I am the only one on that list who became a core lead in the least amount of time 🤩 I had many who doubted me becoming a lead in such a little short of time being in the department 🙁 But my accomplishments displays the hard works and knowledge I put into everyday in the operation 🏰 I am here to defy the odds by moving up 💫 CONT…
Literally words can’t explain how lucky I am to be surrounded by amazing and great casts 🥹 I can be having the worst day or I can be thinking of leaving this job one day and my casts are the ones that make me realize why I love it here and why I still want to be here 🫶🏻 Whether it’s leaving a note to motivate me or how happy they were to see after a while to making me laugh and putting me on a pedestal to white board when I come in from work to hearing my scratchy throat and giving me cough drops to help me soothe my throat to feeding me with goodies, words can’t explain how they turn my bad days around 🥺🩵
Words can’t explain how thankful I am for the casts around me 🥹 Whether it’s surprising me with compliments on the desk to surprising me with food to picking up food for me because I had to work and couldn’t go to the casts party to making me laugh after a huge guests concern 😭 The casts are what keeps me going as a lead and without them, I wouldn’t be where I’m at today 🫶🏻

Because I forgot to post on February 24th 2023 but I want to give a shoutout to my casts…The people closest to you are really the ones to make your day special 🥰 I’m so grateful for the ones around me 🫶🏻Today is a special day for me and the moment I stepped into work today, I had my casts surprise me with a birthday cake 🎂 I was closing City Hall tonight and I even had some of my cast call me from all the way on the other side of the park as soon as it hit midnight to wish me a happy birthday 🎉 The cast made me feel so special tonight and grateful to be where I am as they gathered around to sing Happy Birthday and even got Goofy to call me and wish me a Happy Birthday 😭 It’s moments like these that make me realize how lucky I am to be here ❤️ BTW I’m not 21 😂 It’s a joke 😆
Yesterday moments like these make me realize how grateful and appreciated I am to be where I am today 🥰 Last night, the Main Street Management Team gave me a little appreciation gift (which they read my mind because I was talking about Salt & Straw 2 hours prior) for being a role model of a leader and that they wanted to see every lead do what I did 🎞️ I remember 3 months ago I was also rewarded movie tickets and condiments for going over and beyond for assisting at a downtime 💪🏻 But the appreciation does not only come from management team but also from my other fellow leads and cast members 🤗 I especially knew when I came in one day and saw my lead crown taped with a crown and how all of my cast always calls me a queen 👸🏻 Things like these make me realize how much of an impact I make in the workplace and pushes me to even do more ❤️

✈️PERSONAL TRAVEL Location: Walt Disney World When: January - March 2020 I was actually a part of the Disney College Program, Spring 2020! I was in Attractions in Tomorrowland, Magic Kingdom. Unfortunately, my time there was cut short due to covid, but the time I did get was absolutely amazing! I will say, it was only March but Florida humidity is no joke. I have no idea how people live there in the summer, it was horrible! Disney World is home to 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, and a huge shopping area called Disney Springs. There truly is SO MUCH to do and see, you definitely need at least a week. If you have been to Disneyland but not Disney World - Magic Kingdom is very similar to Disneyland, Hollywood Studios is similar to California Adventure, Epcot is a park that showcases different countries around the world, and Animal Kingdom is the nature/animal park! Disney World is a lot more spread out than Disneyland and actually contains the same area as the city of San Francisco! Happy Monday- I’m reminiscing on this cold morning and missing working at the most magical place on Earth✨ . . . . . Fun Fact- I completed two Disney College Programs ( well technically 1 1/2 thanks to Covid ). I was quick service food and beverage in 2019, and merchandise in 2020. Merchandise was my favorite role because I loved trading to work at different locations!! ✨
2022 was filled with so much great excitement 🤩 I remember flying out of the state of California for the first time ever and moving to Florida to start my Disney journey in Attractions in Galaxy’s Edge ✨ After 6 months, I was able to move up into Guest Relations 🏰 And 6 months later, here I am as a lead of the Guest Relations Department at the company with a full time status 🏰 I am so grateful to be where I am today 🥹🫶🏻 The appreciation from the casts and guests makes my job worthwhile and the results are visible from the little appreciation gifts and letters I receive from each of them 💕 This is what makes me get up every single day to be excited to come to work 🥰 Here’s to more memorable and unforgettable memories and experiences in 2023 🎆

March 2020 ➡️ October 2022 Going from one of the worst times in my life, to by far one of the best times... March 15th, 2020, my first Disney College Program was canceled, and I had to say goodbye to the new life I was building and all the dreams I was working so hard towards. Even worse, I had to say goodbye to the most caring, and beautiful souls I had ever met! 💔 It was a fun, yet very depressing day. So many laughs and so many tears... Will we ever get to see each other again? Are we going to stay close after this? Fast forward just a "short" 2.5 years later, and those beautiful souls traveled all across the U.S., to the cornfields of Ohio, to stand by my side and help me marry my own Prince Charming! ❤️ Words can't describe how grateful I am for these ladies. There’s a difference between wanting to spread the magic and actually being the magic ✨ During my time at Disney (which is been a little over a year), I have received over 44 guest and cast appreciation compliments in counting 🥰 This not only validates the hard work I put in each and every day but it also shows the way I treat my guest and especially my casts 🏰 My recent role as a lead of the Guest Relations team is to develop my cast members into future leaders of tomorrow 🤩 And seeing all these letters and compliments from them proves that I’m doing something right 🫶🏻 I can’t wait to see where my Disney journey takes me next and especially see what the future holds for the cast I grew 💖
